Here is what I meant about Milosevic. Lets say the Serbian Empire dissolves by the 1920s, and goes from a massive expansionist empire to a comparatively small country. In the 60s, a young guitarist becomes part of the fringe Serbian neo-pagan movement. To show his dedication, he changes his name from Slobodan Milosevic to Loaunwy Gratwusky. The newly christened Gratwusky soon masters the mystical arts of zagavory. He blames orthodox christianity for the fall of the empire, and, in a soon-to-be internationally famous incident, sets fire to an ancient church. Stumbling to the Neo-Pagan party-house, he encounters another neo-pagan, Borisav Jovic, high on LSD. Jovic, hallucinating Loaunwy as a pissed off version of the god Ipabog, attacks him as a preventative measure. In self-defense, Gratwusky kills Jovic. When he tries to contact Jovic through the spirit realm to tell him that he's sorry, he leaves his back turned long enough for the police to arrest him.
TL;DR: I mentioned Milosevic because RNUCS ( tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/RichardNixonTheUsedCarSalesman ) is always one of the greatest elements of any alternate history scenario.

African Americans cannot be a colonizer of an African continent they are the descendant of Africa from their African ancestors, what is happing is, America is colonizing Liberia using the African descendants to do so. I've always been curious about Liberia. I think they are an intriguing area of the continent and with only a few changes in the 19th or 20th century, could have been an Ethiopia or South Africa of west Africa.
or a modern Wakanda, probably would work if enough african-americans would move back as a workforce, the US could pitch in some finances to help build up its infrastructure and let it build itself up into something the Wakandans could be proud of.

Interesting. So, African-American former slaves that settled in Liberia, instituted a program of forced labor on the native tribes. Sounds like slavery to me, the same thing that went on for generations in Africa, the very thing that was condemned by those same freed former slaves.

Guys crying racism and victimhood, yet all through they have had the opportunities given to them to change the tide but have never focused and gotten things done. From slave revolts, to Liberia opportunity, to Tulsa revolt, from the 30s-60s before MLK, to Obama's presidency. Lots of failed opportunities by the African American community, and the wider African peoples which I am a part of.

Surely some of the states would band together or joining Canada.
There's absolutely 0 chance that Idaho would go it alone, same for Montana, so boom, they're together as their own country.
New England for instance might stay as 6 countries, might join into one, or might join into Canada. If the US fell, literally all of those scenarios become possible.
Not to mention, Monsieur Z has divergence points. There's no way you can get all 50 states to secede at once.

They had their own books like the Kpelle and Bassa the two biggest tribes and form of education (the purro "men" and sandi "women") school. So in 1967 Nicolae Ceausescu takes pawor in Romania and start a long 33 years of consolidating pawor and industrialising the country. In this period of time the country faced a huge economical boom and investments, Ceausescu criticised the Soviet Union openly and in the Czechoslovakian crises he refused to sent troops and didnt let any Soviet troops to pass truo country and actually start to militarized the Soviet Border, he start to build relations with the West and China and he was the only leader from the eastern block to go to USA (you can find videos) building ties with Yugoslavia and building with them one of the most efficient investition in world the Iron Doors 1 and 2 ( Huge hydropawor station's on Danube) he build ties with Meddel East countrys and he wonted to form " The Bank of investments of the 3 world countrys" basicly he was supposed to give money, work force and equipment to help other countrys to desvolt them and they would pay back 20% more( Rudd but sounds legit).

Pretty much guarantees the Republic of Ireland enters World War II on the side of Soviet Union while Great Britain enters World War II on the side of Germany, Italy and Japan. The United States probably does not enact lend-lease in 1939 and is forced to panic when it sees western Europe on the brink of being completely devoid of democratic governments. The British Union of Fascists was supporting the German American Bund and the American fascists attempt to overthrow President Roosevelt.
Couple flaws with your plan you didn't take into account the local African diseases which crippled the attempt of colonization of Liberia two the forced repatriation would have been a violent Affair and while it might have been successful in getting more colonists in the short run and the long run it wouldn't have helped anyone cuz they were just been tossed into ships and shipped over as cheaply as possible and that would have been a mess not to mention a lot of the African Americans fought them themselves as Americans as much as they were African
So if this Alt History took place in the same Alt History as the one where Austia became a Confederation, there would be 3 Nations named The USA
