I lost my mom when I was 23 & she died from a cerebral hemorrhage at the age of 53. It’s true when Eden said going through “that” (the loss of a parent) is a tough thing to go through and changes your life. I’m now almost 64 so during all the momentous times of my adult years, my mom wasn’t here, so 41 years without my mom is longer than it even seems.
Hello Steve and Bradford. I enjoyed your show with Eden McCoy. I think when the writers chose her to be on the show they chose correctly. She is the best at being Carly’s daughter that I have ever seen before. She is definitely a mini Carly and I love it. Great interview! The writers did not make fans happy breaking up Joss and Dex. They are a popular couple. But they still need to breakup the most painful pairing on the show, Liz and Finn. LOL Seriously 95% of the fans can't be wrong. Watching this makes me miss William Lipton's Cameron Webber. He is such an incredible songwriter, singer, and actor. I was always impressed with the songs he wrote for and performed in character on the show. I wish he would make another appearance on GH during the 2024 Nurses Ball and write and perform a song to honor Bobbie.

I know the cast is filming the Chase and Brooklyn Wedding this week (saw some cast members in wedding clothes photos earlier this week) - that's why they are all at the studio at the same time. It's also Sweeps Month in May - so they usually pull everyone together. They also mentioned staying till 9pm and it's usually when they do these scenes with the entire cast that filming runs that late. Also - Brad & Steve - you may want to hire a Fan assistant who can tell you what's going on with the show. You could have a different fan guest who can keep you honest with all the storyline history every week. Great interview w/Eden - Congrats on her Emmy! Agree GH does need a paradigm shift with Joss & Sonny. Perhaps they could both be trapped in the same room for a week or two during a disaster. We are all so looking forward to having REAL SWEEPs back again.
It was great to see Eden on the show & catch up with her since the last time she was on. She's a busy girl & so wise beyond her years. It was heartbreaking to read that her mother passed away awhile back.. I remember seeing her replacement on GH when she was off. I think it was actually during the time of Bobbie's death & funeral on the show. Sad time for everyone at GH, I'm sure 😔. Eden deserves nothing but the best in her career & personal life. Actually we are getting Lots of wonderful character building 😊 I enjoy character-Driven stories vs plot-driven stories.....it is needed to reset the characters after all the damage done since 2019.....it is all about balance! Insight in the characters motivations is needed even if it seems slow or boring 😴
That would be fine but the character they are building is not consistent with the characters we know. I’m on at least 10 GH Facebook sites and the majority feel the same way I do. It might be good to read some of those comments
The show is great plus message board people are not the entire audience and don't even pay attention to the show every day anyway they just love complaining
I am shocked GH has never mentioned SARS-2 or what has really happened in the world and US especially since 2020. They were right on top of the AIDS storyline. GH is a hospital! How can they avoid it? Love this show and this was a wonderful episode today even if they “almost” told us something they shouldn’t have about next episodes. Looking forward to the character rebuilding stories to come, I think, 😅😅😅😅😊😊❤❤
I never stopped smiling through this interview. 👍👍 Eden has a great idea about Joss being in a situation where she has to adopt some of Sonny’s mob mentality to get herself out of a jam. Or, maybe Sonny rescues Joss and/or Carly from a mob-related situation. In any case, there is bound to be a showdown between Sonny and John (Jagger) Cates. So, it will likely involve Jason, and probably Dex. Then we will see where loyalties lie.

I absolutely love GH! I have been watching the show forever now! The one most important storyline that bugs me to no end is Sonny and his medication! This hits home for me mental health! I think this is type of storyline that should not exist!! I am so happy Steve that you are back! I love me some Spinnelli and Maxi! Brings me back to the good ole days of GH!
Eden, my sympathy concerning the loss of your Mom, that's so difficult to go through. She would be very proud of the young woman you are, you've got your head on straight, know what you want to do in life. I had to chuckle about you talking about sex scenes, and the crew being like Uncles and brothers to you. I'd be mortified, too, lol! I love your character, you do the work of Josslyn well, my dear! As a viewer/life long of GH , I hope Josslyn stays on the show for many more years to come!
Love you all. But I don't like the way weiters are taking the show stoylines. I like them aiming towards Maxie and Spinelli back together. I want our Sonny, Carly with Jason their best friend again. Carly makes the best Sonny mob wife of all. I don't like that they have Joss, Laura and Anna turning on Sonny. Its absolutely terrible. Sonny is who keeps the other very dangerous mobs in line , the mobs that bring drugs, control over the business and even more violence to Port Charles. And he's been there for all 3 of these ladies. They need to fix this before they put him in prison where he surely won't survive. Ava needs to get away from Sonny after she tells him about those meds. She is encouraging his drinking which yook long time to walk away from. Ava was key in his sons death, she messed with his sons meds. Nina can just get with rotton Drew. He is terrble. Hes a terrible brother too. Yeah he did good in helping save Michael wife n baby but hes now turning towards vengeful and evil. And they need to hurry up and expose Who messed with Sonny's pills and who is running that company so Anna wakes ip. Oh and Lauras nasty decieving brother, Laura is dumb playing right into his hands. Omgosh. Writers need to Fix this before they send Sonny to sure death. Oh and would love for Finn to at least attempt to find a cure or misdiagnosis for his dad. Please, I like Gregory and he would be great for Tracy😏

I am Praying that "May Sweeps" will Wrap at least some of the 🐂💩 up! Sorry, NOT SORRY, But I and at least 10 Female & 4 Male Members of my Mom's Family have been Loyal GH Viewers for a Very Long Time. I myself have watched since 1977 as a Child, 2 of my Grandmothers in my Mom's Family, and my Grandma in my Dad's Family All spoiled me and got me watching All of the ABC Soaps + Y&R (In our viewing area Y&R came on @ like 11:00 and the ABC Soaps, AMC, OLTL & GH started @ Noon). I watched Port Charles and GH: Night Shift as well but can't remember what time of day or line up order they were in We had Soap Net so I watched that series with Kirsten Storms and Kelly Monaco as well. As a child and Teenager, I spent a Lot of time in the Hospital in Dallas at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital (A Pediatric Orthopedic Specialty Hospital. YES! The Same Hospital that The OG Drew Cain - Billy Miller also went to as a Pediatric Patient, for repair of his Ankles as a child. I was born in and lived in the same town that he grew up in. He wasn't born there but his family moved there when he was a child), I remember those 90's Storylines Steve spoke of. I remember a time when No One and Nothing could get between me and My TV, if I wasn't home, I just did what I did in school and set the VCR/DVD Recorder to Automatically Record my shows. This Crazy Crap the writers are Pulling with Sonny's Drinking getting Out of control, is Pure 🐂💩 No One who takes Bipolar Meds Would Touch the Bottle. They would Know the Consequences of doing so. Why is Ava the ONLY Person to Suspect that there might be an issue with the Meds? Oh yeah, I forgot she's Isolating Him! A Classic Narcissistic Move, if I've ever seen one! I mean, there's No Way that Sonny in his So Called "Right Mind" would Ever Trust The Person Responsible for Morgan's Death! Also, He'd NEVER Turn His Back On Jason & Carly! He'd know something was up with Jason and that if Jason Said he Couldn't Tell Him Something... There was a Darn Good Reason and it was Probably To Protect A Member of His Family! Jason has Always Been Loyal To Sonny & Carly! The Writers Really Need to Reunite Carly and Sonny! He only seems to Spiral like this when they're Not Together! Besides, Carly is the Only True Mob Bosses Wife on the Show! Nina Sure as Heck Isn't, she ran Straight To Carly at the 1st Sign of Trouble when Sonny was "Arrested" before they were married! Ava is a Wann-A-Be Mob Boss, From the Jerome Family now that Big Sister is Dead! But, she wanted Nothing To Do with her Family while Olivia Jerome was Alive, even with her locked up she was Terrified of her! As far as Sam is concerned, let her be happy! If Dominic is staying with the show, let Sam & Dante be happy with their Blended Family! I Definitely Don't want her with Drew (Cameron Mathison), which means find her someone new that Kelly Monaco has Chemistry with like say Micheal Easton (They did the whole "Tainted Love" Calob & Livie thing on Port Charles before GH. Plus, the He helped figure out and recover Baby Danny as OLTL's Det. John McBain, which drove Jason Nuts with Jealousy! So, there's proven Chemistry between Michael and Kelly. Plus, Sam dated Dr Patrick Drake before Billy Miller joined the cast. So, it wouldn't be completely out of character for her to date a Doctor! She's currently dating and cohabitating with a Police Officer and he happens to be the Half Brother to her 1st Born Child with Sonny (Baby Lila). 1 more thing... I am shocked GH has never mentioned SARS-2 or what has really happened in the world and US especially since 2020. They were right on top of the AIDS storyline. GH is a hospital! How can they avoid it? Love this show and this was a wonderful episode today even if they “almost” told us something they shouldn’t have about next episodes. Looking forward to the character rebuilding stories to come, I think, 😅😅😅😅😊😊❤❤

I never stopped smiling through this interview. 👍👍 Eden has a great idea about Joss being in a situation where she has to adopt some of Sonny’s mob mentality to get herself out of a jam. Or, maybe Sonny rescues Joss and/or Carly from a mob-related situation. In any case, there is bound to be a showdown between Sonny and John (Jagger) Cates. So, it will likely involve Jason, and probably Dex. Then we will see where loyalties lie.

I absolutely love GH! I have been watching the show forever now! The one most important storyline that bugs me to no end is Sonny and his medication! This hits home for me mental health! I think this is type of storyline that should not exist!! I am so happy Steve that you are back! I love me some Spinnelli and Maxi! Brings me back to the good ole days of GH!

Love you all. But I don't like the way weiters are taking the show stoylines. I like them aiming towards Maxie and Spinelli back together. I want our Sonny, Carly with Jason their best friend again. Carly makes the best Sonny mob wife of all. I don't like that they have Joss, Laura and Anna turning on Sonny. Its absolutely terrible. Sonny is who keeps the other very dangerous mobs in line , the mobs that bring drugs, control over the business and even more violence to Port Charles. And he's been there for all 3 of these ladies. They need to fix this before they put him in prison where he surely won't survive. Ava needs to get away from Sonny after she tells him about those meds. She is encouraging his drinking which yook long time to walk away from. Ava was key in his sons death, she messed with his sons meds. Nina can just get with rotton Drew. He is terrble. Hes a terrible brother too. Yeah he did good in helping save Michael wife n baby but hes now turning towards vengeful and evil. And they need to hurry up and expose Who messed with Sonny's pills and who is running that company so Anna wakes ip. Oh and Lauras nasty decieving brother, Laura is dumb playing right into his hands. Omgosh. Writers need to Fix this before they send Sonny to sure death. Oh and would love for Finn to at least attempt to find a cure or misdiagnosis for his dad. Please, I like Gregory and he would be great for Tracy😏

Sorry, NOT SORRY, But I and at least 10 Female & 4 Male Members of my Mom's Family have been Loyal GH Viewers for a Very Long Time. I myself have watched since 1977 as a Child, 2 of my Grandmothers in my Mom's Family, and my Grandma in my Dad's Family All spoiled me and got me watching All of the ABC Soaps + Y&R (In our viewing area Y&R came on @ like 11:00 and the ABC Soaps, AMC, OLTL & GH started @ Noon). I watched Port Charles and GH: Night Shift as well but can't remember what time of day or line up order they were in We had Soap Net so I watched that series with Kirsten Storms and Kelly Monaco as well.
As a child and Teenager, I spent a Lot of time in the Hospital in Dallas at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital (A Pediatric Orthopedic Specialty Hospital. YES! The Same Hospital that The OG Drew Cain - Billy Miller also went to as a Pediatric Patient, for repair of his Ankles as a child. I was born in and lived in the same town that he grew up in. He wasn't born there but his family moved there when he was a child),
I remember those 90's Storylines Steve spoke of. I remember a time when No One and Nothing could get between me and My TV, if I wasn't home, I just did what I did in school and set the VCR/DVD Recorder to Automatically Record my shows.
This Crazy Crap the writers are Pulling with Sonny's Drinking getting Out of control, is Pure 🐂💩 No One who takes Bipolar Meds Would Touch the Bottle. They would Know the Consequences of doing so. Why is Ava the ONLY Person to Suspect that there might be an issue with the Meds? Oh yeah, I forgot she's Isolating Him! A Classic Narcissistic Move, if I've ever seen one! I mean, there's No Way that Sonny in his So Called "Right Mind" would Ever Trust The Person Responsible for Morgan's Death! Also, He'd NEVER Turn His Back On Jason & Carly! He'd know something was up with Jason and that if Jason Said he Couldn't Tell Him Something... There was a Darn Good Reason and it was Probably To Protect A Member of His Family! Jason has Always Been Loyal To Sonny & Carly! The Writers Really Need to Reunite Carly and Sonny! He only seems to Spiral like this when they're Not Together! Besides, Carly is the Only True Mob Bosses Wife on the Show! Nina Sure as Heck Isn't, she ran Straight To Carly at the 1st Sign of Trouble when Sonny was "Arrested" before they were married! Ava is a Wann-A-Be Mob Boss, From the Jerome Family now that Big Sister is Dead! But, she wanted Nothing To Do with her Family while Olivia Jerome was Alive, even with her locked up she was Terrified of her!
As far as Sam is concerned, let her be happy! If Dominic is staying with the show, let Sam & Dante be happy with their Blended Family! I Definitely Don't want her with Drew (Cameron Mathison), which means find her someone new that Kelly Monaco has Chemistry with like say Micheal Easton (They did the whole "Tainted Love" Calob & Livie thing on Port Charles before GH. Plus, the He helped figure out and recover Baby Danny as OLTL's Det. John McBain, which drove Jason Nuts with Jealousy! So, there's proven Chemistry between Michael and Kelly. Plus, Sam dated Dr Patrick Drake before Billy Miller joined the cast. So, it wouldn't be completely out of character for her to date a Doctor! She's currently dating and cohabitating with a Police Officer and he happens to be the Half Brother to her 1st Born Child with Sonny (Baby Lila).
1 more thing... Please for the Love of God, Put Josselynn and Dex back Together! He's Trying to be a Good Guy, Worthy of Her!!! #Joss #Dex #Jex #Jason #Sonny #Carly #CarSon
