Exactly Perez that's what I was just going to comment, Seems like these two only care about the court of public opinion. Because during any real lawsuit lawyers from both parties plus their clients would keep their mouth shuts and stop telling us anything until it goes to court. Very weird and I'm so over these two.

There was article in Rolling Stone way back in August how cast members working for Wayfarer weren't happy with her because she came in as Executive Producer and tried to take over the project with changes to a set and changes to costume dept for her wardrobe. It isn't credible that she was a victim and didn't have the power to stop any behavior she felt was inappropriate, when she was making changes from the beginning, like having intimacy coordinator on set. Where is the victim part?

What I see is a spoiled, self-involved princess who is so full of herself that she can only fathom bad press as the consequence of an orchestrated "smear campaign'. Zero accountability. I once had to deal with harassment in the workplace, and it was extremely stressful for both me and my husband. The fact that Rayn mocked Justin as the Nice Pool speaks for itself. Neither my husband nor I ever joke about this matter because it was so disturbing and stressful to deal with. Rayn mocking Justin shows how this topic was treated behind closed doors and makes me believe nothing serious happened there.
Also, there was intimacy coordinator on set, but no one is saying that crew member will be witness. I also haven't heard of anyone being a witness to Blake's claims. Sounds pretty suspicious that there were never any witnesses of anything she's claiming happened on set.

Sounds like BL/RR had a shit fit after JB's lawyer's "truth tour" and demanded her lawyer get out there and re-direct the conversation. But the lawyer's statement sounds like a parody: say it again but this time with emphasis on the buzz words. We need to see/hear her getting cross examined on the witness stand.
When Blake started this campaign against Justin, she, being firmly entrenched in her narcissism, failed spectacularly to read “the room.” And that room is us-the public who always saw her as the entitled mean girl she is.
The sad thing is that if Blake had read the book she may not have even accepted the role and if she had worked with the intimacy co-ordinator she probably would've been properly prepared for the role. And if she had let wardrobe do their job based on their interpretations of the character so many of the book fans wouldn't be calling out the messy style. I've not seen this movie but other people comment about how many intimate scenes there are- if she didn't even read the book and thought it was a love story like Barbie she would've been shocked. She was trying to be Carrie Bradshaw. She's just not and that isn't' who the character is. But you're meant to read the book, the script and follow the direction of the experts. She thought she didn't need to speak to the lowbies and would just get Justin to do that and tell her what they said and this was a massive mistake on her part.

I don't think it's quite clear if there was an intimacy coordinator on set during the filmimg of those scenes, just that she rejected meeting coordinator during introduction. And I think actors can have a say on what they're comfortable with when it comes to intimate scenes but I agree that she should've read the book and should've reconsidered this project if the director's creative direction didn't align with hers.

I think they were baiting her side to file lawsuit & using NY Times lawsuit to get his side out showing how her side cherry picked & altered things (really dumb on her sides part). I find it very interesting for all her insistence that she was harassed nothing in her lawsuit is about the harassment… and why isn’t she going after Sony as well. In this scenario, she was the one who had all the power. If she just left it alone, people would’ve gotten over it. She could’ve done something and gotten a lot of good press and people would’ve forgotten and she could’ve used all of the power and prestige from being in a sleeper head… like I cannot wrap my head around the fact that she is doing this now so many months after the movie was done… though I do believe it was because she and the author are trying to get the second movie off the ground, and Baldoni owns it (conveniently changing it from in the book where they learn to coparent while apart to him being written out). I think Blake and her side ultimately finally crossed that line in the sand and Baldoni decided he has to stand up for himself especially with a young daughter. I actually think it’s a good thing that the rug is pulled back and some sunlight is being shown on the rather gross underbelly of the Hollywood PR machine so that the public can see how they are able to create narratives completely distorting the truth. If the stories are true that before she filed it, she was finding it very hard to get noobs parts because of the rumors of how she took over the movie… I completely get why that would be. It’s not worth the risk of having her have a temper tantrum and decide that she’s not gonna promote or film the movie. Ultimately all she had to do was take a little bit off get some good new part actually fake it and be nice to people and do a few good interviews maybe some charity work and she could go back to being a darling of Hollywood instead I think she’s actually tarnishing her husband Ryan Reynolds name as well. I think both of them allowed the power they have in Hollywood to go to their heads and they think that they are better than everybody else.
Blake really should have just apologized back in August for the tone-deaf campaign of the movie, and everyone would have moved on by now. She’s obv trying to save her reputation. Her advisors/marketing team didn’t do her any favors. She needs a reality check. This is very embarrassing.

Blake and Ryan always felt with their way, way more money and power they have, Baldoni would not be able to outlast financially in their lawsuit which is true. Hopefully, he has financial backing in this lawsuit to see it through.

I once had to deal with harassment in the workplace, and it was extremely stressful for both me and my husband. The fact that Rayn mocked Justin as the Nice Pool speaks for itself. Neither my husband nor I ever joke about this matter because it was so disturbing and stressful to deal with. Rayn mocking Justin shows how this topic was treated behind closed doors and makes me believe nothing serious happened there.

And I think actors can have a say on what they're comfortable with when it comes to intimate scenes but I agree that she should've read the book and should've reconsidered this project if the director's creative direction didn't align with hers.

I think they were baiting her side to file lawsuit & using NY Times lawsuit to get his side out showing how her side cherry picked & altered things (really dumb on her sides part). I find it very interesting for all her insistence that she was harassed nothing in her lawsuit is about the harassment… and why isn’t she going after Sony as well. In this scenario, she was the one who had all the power. If she just left it alone, people would’ve gotten over it. She could’ve done something and gotten a lot of good press and people would’ve forgotten and she could’ve used all of the power and prestige from being in a sleeper head… like I cannot wrap my head around the fact that she is doing this now so many months after the movie was done… though I do believe it was because she and the author are trying to get the second movie off the ground, and Baldoni owns it (conveniently changing it from in the book where they learn to coparent while apart to him being written out). I think Blake and her side ultimately finally crossed that line in the sand and Baldoni decided he has to stand up for himself especially with a young daughter.
I actually think it’s a good thing that the rug is pulled back and some sunlight is being shown on the rather gross underbelly of the Hollywood PR machine so that the public can see how they are able to create narratives completely distorting the truth. If the stories are true that before she filed it, she was finding it very hard to get noobs parts because of the rumors of how she took over the movie… I completely get why that would be. It’s not worth the risk of having her have a temper tantrum and decide that she’s not gonna promote or film the movie. Ultimately all she had to do was take a little bit off get some good new part actually fake it and be nice to people and do a few good interviews maybe some charity work and she could go back to being a darling of Hollywood instead I think she’s actually tarnishing her husband Ryan Reynolds name as well. Blake's attorney is just BSing because still they did not provide any evidence/receipts so Justin provided receipts and his upcoming lawsuit against Blake, Ryan, Stephanie Jones and Blake's PR, Leslie Sloane will have so much texts, emails and documentation attached with the lawsuit document. It looks like Blake as I always thought should not have brought any complaint or lawsuit. It was Blake's team that leaked the complaint to civil court to the NY Times to ruin Baldoni and Heath. Only after Baldoni's attorney sued the NY Times with receipts did Blake then file a lawsuit. Blake and Ryan always felt with their way, way more money and power they have, Baldoni would not be able to outlast financially in their lawsuit which is true. Hopefully, he has financial backing in this lawsuit to see it through.
