hi, can i set background image to high resolution? because with the 900x600 background, after downloading the certificate it looks very low resolution.

900x600 image is a very low quality background. I've tried all ways to improve its quality (resampling from bigger images, increase the DPI...), but it didn't work. @StylemixThemes should fix this problem a.s.a.p!
from where i get student code at backend as admin. after cerficate generation by student i need to send hardcopy to student from where i get the cerficate of each student at backend is there any option for that
HI--- my purchased MS LMS is not letting my type in the boxes, eg. instructor name, course code, dates etc. It selects the box but doesnt let typing... plz advise
Hi ShafiqZee! I guess you have RTL version of theme, right? Currently, there is an issue with Certificates for RTL template. We are working on it.
I uploaded a high res image of 300 dpi 900px by 600px and it comes out blurry to the end user, getting complaints. Ugh!

Several companies need the number of hours on the certificate.

Yes that would be possible.
without a certificate ID, this plugin is useless. Students don't feel a certificate valuable without it. Currently it's just like a fake certificate. li

Bollocks. If you try to print a certificate with background color or borders, it's got a huge white border because it scales down. If you scale to 100%, it's off the page. You have to find the right % to show all the info and you always end up with a white border. There are other services that provide online certificates that look right. This is a deal breaker for professional look.
