There's nothing wrong with the foal. His tendons and ligaments haven't tighten up yet... Which takes a few days to a few weeks. If this is the baby's first real steps outside of the stable, then he's going to be confused and still really really wobbly.
I thought foal was really quite unsteady on his feet ( I’m no expert) but just thinking about foal being born in the wild needing to run from danger!!?
Just as the vid ended, a male voice said "The angle of the pasterns..." That's what I noticed, on the foals rear feet the angle is extreme to the outside on each foot...
