For another tut,
1. Put BW comic
2. Add blur
3. Export.
4 Delete Bw comic and keep blur
5. Add neon
6. Export.
7. Adjust both to your liking
8. Export.
9. Get the unadjusted clip and overlay the clip that you adjusted with neon and bw comic.
10. Adjust it to you liking.
11. Sharpen to 100 the adjusted clip
12. Do whatever assets make it looks better and it’s 4k

Get B&W Sketch, Export it with full high frame rate, go back to project, remove the B&W Sketch effect and Neon effect. Export that with high frame rate too. Go back to prject and delte the Neon effect and add those two videos as overlays, adjust them full screen.
Click on the B&W Sketch overlay, Blend then pick burn. Adjust opacity to 50. On the other overlay do the same and adjust opacity to your liking.
Adjust Clip:
Saturation: 20
Exposure: 30
Sharpen: 40
Contrast: 20
Highlight: 10
Export the clip to highest frame rate and your done.
