I am not a what people would consider to be a big fan of hers, but every time I do hear Demi Lavato sing, I am given shivers at how great her voice is. I also respect her for what she has gone thru and prevailed, as well as think she is very attractive, has a great personality, and her laugh makes me happy, but, I thought that she was considered one of the best young singers in America at this time. Is she really underrated? She is #10 on Ranker, and 16 on another list I checked, tho she is under people I think are worse than her, I'm not sure if being int he top 20 is considered under rated. I think it is more that others of lesser talent as a singer than she is, are over rated.
