I agree with the zero points for a smoothies. I add a frozen banana to my protein coffee smoothie weekday morning and i still loose weight.

I never count fresh fruit in smoothies. I know some frozen fruit can have added sugar but some don’t have added sugar and I’d use that for zero points, too.
Yes, I just don’t think that making a fruit smoothie once a week with no added sugar frozen fruit and plain Greek yogurt necessitates use of my points but I can understand the concept. It was nice to talk it out with my leader who was supportive of my interpretation of the 0 points value of a smoothie!

I count my smoothies also as 0
Points I only use a bit of mixed berries and a banana and water and I drink it like once a week too so I am not tracking that lol

I never count my whole fruit/ protein smoothies as points. I find myself satiated and my carb sugar cravings fo away most days.

You’re welcome! It’s truly the thing that has worked for me when nothing else would to lose over 35 pounds of extra weight post-partum! I’m now at 37 pounds down since joining September 10! Feel free to watch more of my update videos! I just went to Disney World and managed to lose weight between weigh ins without depriving myself…it was a shocker lol!

Where do you find the recipe of the week? I just started. I’m a little over a week in.
If you go to in person meetings, they give you a card each week. Let me ask my leader if there is a way to find them on the app! It would only seem to make sense that you could do so as an online member too!
