Also I tried to render some old project and HD worked normally. Pfff I wanted to have this in high resolution. =/

Oh the memory thing is lack of ram I believe. Having loads of applications running together can affect it but considering what you said, it may be that your computer is either old, has low ram or then task it was fulfilling took a feck load of ram memory.
Actually, the Author explained Hidan's immortality. He got it from experimentation with the Jashinistic rituals and along the way discovered a way to make himself immortal through regulaly sacrificing a human life to Jashin. The self-sacrifice is how he keeps his immortality when he can't find a worthy opponent to offer.
