Beautiful pages Jess❤ loved them all😊 love that u got your inspo back for your previous wips they turned out beautifully ❤we are our own worst critics arent we lol, thanknyou so much for sharing lovely❤❤❤
Hi Jess! All of your pages are absolutely beautiful!!! I really enjoyed our buddy color in Magical Earth. Thank you again for coloring with me. We will need to schedule another buddy color again very soon. :)
Beautiful pages Jess! I love all your lulu Mayo pages! I’m glad you decided to go through with the scavenger hunt such a neat idea!! Your gold clock you did in Around The World: A Mr. Fogherty Colouring book is stunning I love it. The gold is so rich and bright yet subtle looks like a real antique clock. That teddy bear page is freaking adorable!! I love Diana Dufours work! Great job and thank you for sharing!
all your pages are all amazing.... been thinking about starting a channel but been a bit anxious about it as i dont think my colouring is a good as anyone i follow on here sadly
Jess i have mental health problems to. I just got diagnosed on April 27th with Anxiety very high anxiety and depression. Im on 10mg of Prozac for my depression i have anxiety meds for an emergency only. I want to see if i can get ssi because my anxiety is too bad for me to work it keeps me from working.
Love it. I have two questions since I’m trying to learn. Where did you get the color palette cards? Are they worth the investment? The other question is regarding the mythigraphic wild summer book…where you did the panda bear and watermelon etc. How did you get him or his face to look white or did you just not color him and that’s the color of the paper? Have a really hard time with animals that are supposed to be white. The paint markers always look chunky and the white pencil seems to never show up much. I’m going to try to replicate your style and give it a shot since I just got that book.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment 🥰 I would say the colour cube cards are definitely an added extra and by no means necessary for colouring! I personally like holding the cards in my hand but before I got them I used free resources like Pinterest or simply googling colour palettes for inspiration!!! If you don't find that useful for your colouring I wouldn't recommend getting them as you wouldn't find much use in them but if you'd like to treat yourself after using free online colour palettes for ages then go for it! They are a brilliant product and very well crafted 💞 when I colour white I tend to pick a few grey pencils and make sure that I don't colour the whole area - leave some bits white and just add the pencil where the shadows are! You can start light and add little strokes to build the depth and dimension 🥰
@thecoloringoasis5616 you're most welcome! Yes they're the Sarah Renae Clark colour cube cards 🥰 feel free to DM me on Instagram if you ever want some more info! 💞
I would always recommend the brutfuner squares - I don't think any other pencil brand at that low of a price point can compare to the quality of brutfuners! They are the pencils I started my colouring journey with 🥰
love how u colored your pages, my favs are the rabbit fairytale one and the other fairytale coloring book by eriy. i cant find both of those coloring books on amazon by just typing the name.. do u have the link for em? idk if they still available
Thank you 🥰🥰 I got them both from Amazon Japan but I believe you can also find them on Etsy! If you search 'eriy' and 'cotolie' on Amazon Japan they should come up!
I love the books with the japanese titles :) there can I get them ? for the titles and illustrator names I have to skip to the part where you say it xD I don't which mythographic book I should get first >.< maybe i will wait till the 16 of july, because that's the release of a new one :3 but i first will watch a flip through for that.
I got them from Amazon Japan but you can also find them on Etsy! I'm really looking forward to mythographic mythical beasts - I can tell it's going to be a favourite of mine! It's so hard picking just one mythographic to start with 😅
@@colouringbumblebee Seems like I have to watch some flip throughs again to make a decision which mythographic I want....Next year there is also one that piqued my interest i think it was "dragonspell" and in september there is also "magyck apothecary" >.
OK, so I've only seen one page and I already have a question 😊 You say you painted the background black on the Lulu Mayo page. How did you manage not to loose the details?
Another question, which black paint pen do you use in the Disney books? I'm looking for a cheaper option than posca. You did wonderful pages this month, it's hard to pick a favourite... I think maybe the llama page, but actually all your Lulu Mayo pages look fabulous.
Hi Kirsten! 👋 I just very carefully used a thin paintbrush to go around the details of the page and for the lines of the fairy lights I went over the top with a silver gel pen! The black paint pen I use is from the brand artistro who sell packs of 5 of black/white - I think Arteza are also similar in quality and I've heard good things about them from others!
This video just popped up and im so glad it did, you are a fabulous colourist and all your pages are stunning 😍 ❤. New subbie now 😊 Oh ive just realised i follow you on Instagram, so im glad i have you on here now too. May i ask what you mean when you say project book please?

@@colouringbumblebee Thank you ❤️
Why do markers make stuff look so dark?
Every time i color with markers the pictures turn out so dark.
I try to use lighter tones for markers when basing pages and then I can go over the top and add depth and shadows with pencils 🥰
