    It's a simple recipe, but it's really good! Haha

    The oven uses Wizwell gl-42.

    a mixing bowl
    Silicone spatula
    a small ball for measuring
    Sieve
    a cooling net
    Madeleine Frame
    a piping bag
    ▼ Material ▼ (12-14 pieces)
    80g of egg.
    1.4g of salt
    80g of sugar
    16g of honey.
    54g of flour.
    26g of almond powder.
    1.6g baking powder
    Earl Grey Powder 7g
    80g of butter
    [*Working on the mold before panning]
    A bit of butter or cooking oil.
    A little bit of flour.

      안녕하세요! ☺️ 중력분으로 하셔도 되는데 중력분으로 만드시면 아마 조금 더 묵직한 식감이라고 해야하나? 박력분과는 다른 식감이 나올 거예요!ㅎㅎ 마들렌 특유의 가벼우면서 부드러운 식감을 살리시려면 박력분으로 하시는 게 좋을 것 같습니당!
