Feuerschwanz and Saltatio Mortis are two Bands which you will definitely like 😏
Especially the last few years they made often really funny videos and musically they both have this metal/medieval/Nordic vibe.
The idea of having TikTok Jesus for this came from Prinz 'Hodi' Hodenherz, the long haired singer/ multi instrumentalist. And yes, just like the band's name, their stage names have a double meaning or are a bit ambiguous at least.
The violinist, Johanna von der Vögelweide, also plays hurdy gurdy.
Their original material is usually in German (with some Latin here and there) but in 2020 they started doing cover songs in English too.
Not everything is as comedic as Berzerkermode and they even have some actually serious songs (Im Bauch des Wals, Das Herz eines Drachen). Then there is full on the nose silly stuff, like their cover of Dragostea Din Tei (aka the Numa Numa song), the infamous 2004 summer dance hit by the Moldovan boy group O-Zone and basically everything in between.
You looked away and totally missed the 'crossfit' sign on the cross which makes his cross workout much funnier.
I knew you would like this band 😉 They are amazing. Bastard von Asgard are one i can recommemd. Their cover of Ding feat Melissa Bonny are another great one too. Another band with Ben Metzner from Feuerschwanz are dArtagnan. Their cover of Avicii’s Hey brother are so good, they also has a cover of Skye boat song (sing mir ein lied), from Outlander 😉 So different from Tommys, but an amazing cover 😀🇸🇪
I didn't understand a single word, but still I got the biggest kick out of it. Through their LOVE of music, they pounded their chests for killing LOVE, not realizing that LOVE never dies. ❤️
P.S. I also loved the music & tune. Wonderful beat!

it is a song about peace, the nice vikings just notice that jesus hasnt the stamina and strength to party with them, So they trained him. In the end he could party hard with them till the end. Religions should party together not fight. 🙂

Feuerschwanz is awesome! Their last 3 albums is all amazing.. not a single dud song on the albums.. "Memento Mori" and their cover of "Warriors of the world united" is simply sublime! Other outstanding tracks from the band: Ding, Meister Der Minne, SGFRD Dragonslayer, Bastard Von Asgard, Das Elfde Gebot, I see Fire, Metfest, Malleus Maleficarum, Hier kommt Alex, Schubsetanz (original & Black metal version), Untot im Drachenboot, Ultima Nocte, Dragostea Din Tei, Final Countdown, Gimme Gimme Gimme!, Blinding Lights, Im Bauch des Wals, & Die Hörner hoch.

Weeell Viking, the blond singer in this band, Ben Metzger, has another band called d'Artagnan. I hesitate to recommend them because they're with sony and those bastards are blockers. Still, take a look at their colab with Schandmaul on Der Taffelrounde, that's Napalm, then decide if you want to try d'Artagnan's C'est la Vie, you'll love that one. From Feuerschwanz, Umtot im Drachenboot, you'll laugh like a loon.
Ohh man, you are in for a ride. Feuerschwanz was founded to make fun of the, at the time, overly serious medieval scene. As of recently their music got more serious and more metal but they kept their humor, as you saw.
