Someone stole all of my non-lethal weapons from my inventory, so unfortunately I had to go on this mission with a revolver. And you won't believe what happened! When I arrested a man named Vol, the revolver fell out and fired several times perfectly into: Legs, arms, stomach and finally head...

My guess is that the whole trafficking story arc unfolded because Gerard called the cops on the streamer, so we would find the connection to Brixley, Voll, the spider and maybe even the USIA

Gerard seems too unstable to truly plan something like that, but I wouldn't put it past a whistleblower-type situation within the USIA, or a few branches of FISA. (We know that the only FISA branch that's really trusted by the LSPD is the Hostage Rescue Team, for example)
Brixley isn't getting kids from Romania and sending them to Voll. Brixley gets kids from the ghetto for Voll, and Voll either makes his films and/or sends them to Romania, because Voll's the one with connections there. The note on the creepy painting was probably what pushed him into selling kids into slavery.
I just completed Ironman Mode without losing officers. These videos are the best way to celebrate.

You have a lot of viewers who are coming into the game after this recent update so I wonder if you might mention some of the interesting elements found in the maps mentioned in your other videos. Someone who has not seen your previous videos is getting a truncated view of your deep analysys.
Only thing he’d likely say is to watch the older videos. He already went over pretty much all details before and going over them again where the updated map changes *literally* nothing wouldn’t provide much help to begin with

There is a theory I read out there a while ago, that apparently or rather, it is questioned if Senator Freemont (the USIA subplot) is possibly also linked to the sex trafficking ring, maybe I missed something when I played it or I didn't pay enough attention, I mean, it's a theory yet, but I don't know if there is enough evidence to connect it.

I just noticed that the "Spider Logo" can be seen in the final mission of the game which is Hide and Seek where you can clearly see the same logo painted on containers from different parts of the map the more you follow it the more you will understand what it's all about.

As a follow up,
Voll is expected to get an 18 year sentence according to a newspaper in a later map, though he says that he'll "find a way". Whether it's hopeless optimism or an implication that his connections will secure an early release, it's unknown.
What I don't understand is if Brixley talent agency raid takes place after the Mindjot raid, then why do we play it first?
Or is the overall campaign meant to be out of order?

We play them out of order because the missions are ordered in levels of difficulty, not chronology
