Juju don’t understand how she means to the city yet!! I love Juju so much for staying home it’s generational what’s she’s doing especially in L.A. I. The past we had Diana Turasi who left California to play UConn and she could have put USC on the map but instead go east. I couldn’t respect that. Juju is real!! Kennedy is the Future and will lead this team after Juju departure.
Kennedy Smith has to be in the conversation for Freshman of the Year. Without doubt, she is the best freshman in the country if we assess a player's abilities on both sides of the court.
Kennedy is an absolute beast! What she brings on both ends of the floor needs to be talked about more. No way we beat UConn w/out her and I think we could have beaten ND with her. Good games ahead against Maryland and Ucla!
When i watch USC, I'm looking to see how the other freshman are developing. Unfortunately, I'm dissapointed with the coaching staff. K9 is extremely raw but has potential; however, her handles are not good enough and she continues to pick up her dribble while running the offense. Someone needs to tell her to maintain her dribble while running the play and if the play doesn't develop, cook your opponent with a crossover for a drive and dish or floater. Also, she has a great mid range and executing a pick and roll with one of forwarders would expand her game. Coaching staff wake up!
This Coach had this player- (the only starter) in late in the game up by almost 50 ; just so she could pad her stats. Ended up getting her average by getting 6-8 points late in the game in garbage time off put back layups ; didn't think she shot or played all that well.
Wrong. Kiki was out a little longer than Juju. Hannah Hidalgo has played 30 plus minutes in games where ND was winning by 50 plus points. They only play 30 games or so. The core players need reps. Obviously you have no clue about basketball. I watched the entire game and she scored like 4 points during that time. Also, Kiki scored 4 during that stretch.

Who cares. They’re young college players and can handle the minutes. Take that minutes policing garbage to the NBA. The players have goals they aspire for too. Plus the people came to see Juju play not ride the bench. Why should she sit because the other team can’t score?! The negative Juju discourse is dumb and forced. All of a sudden people care about her minutes and stats….and I already know the reason why.

I brought tickets to see this game. Because I wanted to see juju vs kiyomi. And was sad that it didn’t happen. But good job juju
