That theres still a lot of effects that are not 1/turn
Even if Thing Saver was 1/turn you ride a different copy from the deck which would reset the 1/turn.
@@elin111 they could make it HARD 1/turn instead that would fix the double thing saver problem

I've been wanting to try legioning twice but when I wanted to, I literally had a twin drive where i used up all my thing savers so I couldnt use the legion skill.

True, most LJ needs to be balanced out for the zero format. Tho I hope that restand skill is still same while the locking part just needs to be balanced.
@@FJTA they shouldve changed lock in the first place instead of adding it into zero unchanged. In zero lock is just extra powerful with intercept being your only guard option they can stop decks that dont retire :/

Ah yes triple Thing Saver, a play so stupid and absurdly consistent. Its even more consistent in Zero because Grynngal is guaranteed to hit and CC.
Me who hasn't gotten off cause everytime I go for i draw th last things savors or trigger them from the first attack. Lol haven't gotten off yet.

@@KalebDaubMooshra That's why you use Grynngal to put Thing Savers in hand back into the deck to guarantee you'll have enough copies.
U can actually have 4 TSD attack if u have 7 souls and 5 dmg at the start of ur turn
as things stand they barely manage to accumulate enough soul for two TSD skill activations, and that's only be riding on top of Sacred Wingal.
Every time I meet the opponent using Royal Paladin i know i will fight that card.. And i hate it so much because most people using that deck recipe

I use 2 of each BBS Arts and the game picks them randomly when I use Legion

Seekers were the best deck in the tcg for Legion era, they became even stupider when the Shadow Paladin Legion support came out. That may sound weird but Royal Paladin was allowed to run 10 Shadows cards, it was meant to be for MLB but Seeker players figured out you can tech-in just enough Shadow Paladin stuff to use PBAbyss alongside Thing Saver.
@@Fleet_Admiral It really depends on what you need.
For me, who doesn't really need anything from the Glendios Set/Set 17, I will open some packs, but not totally invest in them.
There are some good support like Mana, Swordbreaker and Dragonic Burnout.
Sadly, the boss cards there aside from Glendy are easily replaceable.

How can you gather that much soul, that's so cool!
If you ride and legion before TSD and File doesn't die, it should be enough for 2 restands.
I constantly see players going "I got this convoluted method for gathering soul so you can use Thing Saver twice that requires running a lot of bricks!", when all you need to do is play the deck normally.

@@elin111 Because for some reason Blaster Blade is SO rare of a card that magically transforms into Spirit, Liberator, Seeker depending on the plot.
@@elin111 There's only one copy of BB in the entire anime, it just keeps turning into other forms as the plot progresses. That one BBSeeker Kai runs is the same card he gave to Aichi when they were kids.
legion still makes no sense to me lmao...i guess they didn't dub the cartoon but the only effect is more attack damage?
Story-wise, it's an overextended epilogue to the Link Joker arc and prologue to the G-Era.
Mechanics-wise. yes, more attack power.
You're technically not wrong about it just being more power on its own but at that point you can say the same about breakriding.
Performing Legion or being in Legion state is a common requirement for activating skills in this part of the game's life, and having both a grade 2 and a grade 3 on the vanguard circle actually allows for certain interesting interactions. Case in point with the Grynngal behind Thing Saver Dragon in this video, which countercharges when boosting Blaster Blade Seeker; Thing Saver legions with BBSeeker so Grynngal is allowed to activate as it is boosting both.
Much later on the game even saw legion-based legacy support that allowed you to share the vanguard circle with old grade 3s like Amaterasu or DOTE.
