5th fret on the second string is notated as a D, which checks out with probably being in standard tuning.
Edit: at 0:28, he's playing "lined up" octaves and we can see that the open first string is notated as D. It looks like it's in Drop D

@RicMonteiro Somehow, Drop D feels out of character for Opeth.
It's like meeting Dracula and seeing him drinking a beer. Not a bad choice necessarily, but definitely not what you'd expect. Opeth always has the *vibe* of standard tuning or maybe and open tuning sort of thing.
