As an African, we use red palm oil to cook a lot of our foods and I never paid attention to the controversy surrounding it since the palm oils we use come straight from Africa and they're sourced properly. Also didn't know I could use it to make soap...I need to experiment now 🤔
Most palm oil from Africa is RSPO (sustainable) and or organic! Did you know that some of the Palm oil from Palm Done Right comes from some African countries? That is awesome. 🧡
