Musers out there, enjoy The Warning and please, recommend me more Muse covers on RUclips! 🤘
To answer your age question, Ale was 10 in the concert video, 15 in the solo video.
This is a relevant fact and the earlier performance is far more impressive because Ale had only been playing the bass for 2- 3 years back then , plus she is playing live and over the neck .
Also check out the covers of The foo fighters Everlong ( watch Pau tear it up on drums ) plus Ozzies crazy train , and some great originals , same venue .Cheers man .
@@anthonyfisher1670 Thanks a lot for the recommendations!
Whenever the band is asked who their influences are, and who they love to listen to, Ale very quickly says Muse. She is a HUGE fan.
That makes her even cooler ;)
15 years old when she did the cover of this "rite of passage for bass players" is amazing enough, but 10 when they performed this live? Unreal.
Did you notice at the beginning, Ale switching between playing normal and playing over the top of the neck? Like it's nothing. Such confidence at a young age. 👏🏻
*Fun Facts:*
The difference between the two Hysteria's are .........
*1)* The concert was very early in the morning (7AM) in front of their classmates. Also Ale is playing with, obvious, half size adult bass. Ale was also *showing off* to her classmates by playing a few chords over her neck of the bass.
*2)* At this concert, Ale has only been playing bass for about 2 years. And she nail the bass part of Hysteria.
*3)* Ale no longer plays with a four string bass. She now plays with a 5 string bass.
*The Warning* last week finished up their Mayday North America Tour 2022 which started in March. They opened for Foo Fighters (10 days before Taylor Hawkins died), Guns 'n Roses, Halestorm, Pretty Reckless, Stone Temple Pilots, Three Days Grace & headliners shows. Plus a few festivals. They have two festival shows scheduled in Dec in Columbia & Peru. All betting odds next year will be an European tour. Same as North America Tour. Festivals, supporting & headliners.
New music - ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Believe this band would like nothing more than go back in the studio. Since their latest album *Error* was released in 2022. To the band. *Error* is three years old to them. The Spanish song *Martirio* from the LP *Error* debuted Nov. 2019 during The Warning's Argentina tour. They love getting new songs out into the public as soon as they can. But it's different now they signed a record deal. They had to hold back the songs on *Error* beginning of their just finished Mayday tour.
Ale' was very comfortable with this song- she mastered it when she was 8 years old! In the first solo performance Ale' was 14 years old. In the concert song she was 10 years old. Fun Fact- the guy beyond Ale' in the red t-shirt was her bass teacher Pablo Gonzalez watching her... even more pressure!
Muse loved Ale's bass cover and pinned it on their own page. She got over a million likes there.
And you're right: Ale was 15 when she played the cover. At her live performance Ale was 9, Paulina 14 and Dany 16. Very impressive that they play Muse live at their age.
Fun fact: The live concert took place in the morning before classes started. At that age and at that early time I couldn't even pronounce a sentence without an accident lol✌❤🔥⚠
Muse announced more than a month ago 3 concerts in Mexico (Monterrey, Guadalajara and CDMX), I'm still waiting for the opening band to be announced.
It is a great opportunity and one of the last for the warning to open before the band grows too much.
Correction: At that performance, Ale was 10, Paulina was 13, and Dany was 15.
@@iNsTaNtpUdDiNhEaD You're right. I think she was 9 when they did the "Enter Sandman" cover. But anyway, that doesn't change her great performance on bass. 🤩✌
@@LuisEnriqMC That can't be a question!🥰
@@gerhard7157 They were 9, 12, and 14 when they covered "Enter Sandman". And yes, Ale is an awesome bassist!
Love that, at age 10, Ale starts the song with the flex of playing on top of the neck - she doesn’t have to (plays the riff the rest of the song ‘normally’) - just showing off her stuff!
Here's hoping that they get to open for Muse in 2023. Pau's answer at that Dany/Pau acoustic concert leads me to believe something is in the works.
Wouldn’t that be awesome?! As I have MUSE tickets for 2023, that would be crazy good
I'd buy tickets immediately!
That would happen in Mexico, maybe nothing sure yet
Not sure if you noticed, but at the beginning of the performance, Ale is playing her left hand under, than over the neck, alternating for a few bars.
They released their third album, Error, in June. Not a bad song in the bunch. They just finished their North American tour of over 100 gigs and are headed to a festival in Colombia followed by their last gig of 2022 in Peru. In January they go to Nashville for a songwriting gig.
It has a reason, that her sisters call her the metronome.
In the first clip, Ale had not played that in almost 6 years. But, she said, it took here so long to learn it it at speed at 9 years old, she would never forget how to play it.
In the live show, she was reaching over the neck in the beginning just to show off. LOL. The rest of the song she never did it again.
Pau is really feeling the groove. Dany IS music.
Right now they are finishing up touring. They played nearly 100 gigs this year. They released their third album, "Error" in June of this year. You have a LOT of catching up to do!! More Please.
The Warning just opened 4 shows for Muse last month in Mexico. Matt Bellamy and the band love them. In fact, Matt like them so much that he has ordered a custom made Manson guitar for Dany. To be delivered sometime soon.
This is so cool! I mean it was meant to be somehow:)
@@scharsigo The Warning are opening 4 more shows in UK/France this month for Muse. Are you going to see the Warning in Berlin or at Nuremberg?
I love how at the end of the school performance, it looks like Ale is checking her fingers for blisters. They have said they don’t have any plans to record their next album in 2023, but I would be surprised if they aren’t working on some new songs for one. 😎
I believe Ale is only 10 years old in the live concert video
I accidentally stumbled upon this performance several years ago. I felt at the time that what I was witnessing and hearing was unimaginable. Following this young band as they have grown, this first impression persisted in every performance - unimaginable!
Ale is a very focused artist. She always has been. Interestingly, "Hysteria" was the very first song that The Warning ever performed live before an audience (mostly family and friends) a year-and-a-half prior to the clip you played, practically mere hours after Ale turned nine years old. It is worth checking out and maybe doing a separate reaction. In fact, there is an even earlier clip of them practicing the instrumentals when Ale was eight years old, and you can see both the concentration and the frustration on Ale's face as she was learning that bass line.
At the school, they are 10, 13, and 15. This was an "audition reel" to get them into Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. They got in... The Cave version was later. As I write this, they are a week away from dropping *Keep Me Fed,* album number four, on June 28, 2024, a short time (minutes?) after appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC! They've opened nine times for Muse, in Mexico and the UK. Earlier this year, they sold out 19 shows in Europe and the UK. They played with Band Maid in Japan. They are off to Canada, the USA, and Europe again later this year. And they have already sold out 10,000 seats (in hours) in Mexico City in February of 2025! They added another date in the same National Auditorium there. So they are hot right now. These are some of the hardest working women in rock.
They have always been great musicians.
Ale is a natural perfectionist [she is basically the band's metronome], so it will be hard to catch her in a goof 😉
The covers of The Warning as HYSTERIA are surprising, but their hard rock songs, their riffs, their solos, messages and content, and their sad and melancholic ballads, show us the great talent of TW
Ale learned this song at age 8, Paulina was 11, Daniela was 13. Here is the link to their practice session without vocals.

Yeah in the live show, Ale was a touch shaky on the first two times through the riff. then locked in when Pau came in on the drums, she was near perfect after that. But give me a break, man, she was only 10 years old!! The solo bass cover was perfect, that was when she was 15. I actually wish they would occasionally throw some of the old covers in their full sets now - i'd love to hear what this would sound like with today's band.
Ale and her thunder stick 🤘 😎⚠️
The solo in the Cave is when she was 15, in the live version she was 10...

They are playing two festivals in Germany this summer are you going ?
Oh nice! I did not know 😮 I will check my schedules for sure :)
Still my favorite performance of this tune! (Sorry guys in Muse, yours are great, too, but... )

Yeah….what’d you all do in your school talent shows? 😮
