Now that you are already studying EEE, then you should definitely develop a love for EEE. If possible then you can transfer to BME which will integrate medical and engineering. If you can not then just focus on learning more and selecting your passion from the various possible job opportunities as mentioned in the video.

Yes I don’t think that will be a bad choice. And I don’t think male or female matter these days. In fact female leaders are doing well compared to males in many cases.
I honestly would not discriminate based on male or female. If you’ll like working in computers for long hour, then you can certainly consider studying computer science but if you’ll like electronics or civil, then go for those.

Congratulations for being eligible to study at SUST. CSE degree will prepare you as a coding expert. It depends on your preference if you want to become a coder or a mechanical engineer or EEE engineer or something else. All fields have good opportunities. I have heard from many students that they choose CSE by only hearing from others but they regret later as it is too coding-programming intensive.

I think this is very difficult question. All of the public institutions are at the same standard (more or less). I suggest speak with some existing students who can guide you.
