Check on Facebook groups that recently the students could submit IELTS or VFS is not accepting it. If VFS accepts it then submit a better result because most of the universities will ask for 5.5/6 at minimum.

If you are in Bangladesh right now, go to the High Commission of Malaysia, Dhaka in the morning with your original certificate and transcript with photocopies to attest. they will take around 1 week to do it and the charge if i am not wrong 1000 tk for original and 400 for photocopy

DoV/CIMEA is the key of enrolling at Italian universities. If you dont have any of them and you apply for a visa and embassy issue your student visa and later, you do not make any of them and come to Italy, you cannot complete your enrollment. Embassy wont take that risk for sure.

DoV/CIMEA is the key of enrolling at Italian universities. If you dont have any of them and you apply for a visa and embassy issue your student visa and later, you do not make any of them and come to Italy, you cannot complete your enrollment. Embassy wont take that risk for sure.
