I have installed 12 of these in an apartment building. These are my findings:
    Pros:
inexpensive compared to other manufacturers, comes with exhaust venting and thermostat, no electricity needed (also a Con), heats well, no sound emitted
    Cons:
huge exhaust hole- no fun installing thru brick or if you hit a stud, very basic thermostat with no built in thermometer and no other thermostats will work with it so it runs less efficient, no electric means landlord will have to light it and shut it off-cant leave standing pilot going all summer, top is flat -which will be used as a shelf- i had a small fire

Because, if you notice, her clothing got caught in it as she first started to shut it.

Total junk. Heat output horrible even with the loud OPTIONAL blower motor. Avoid these things.

I agree, My blower ran silent for about a week. after that sounded like a jet landing on a cooking sheet. horrible. looking at rinnai now.

@@JosephMBoyer Going on three years with mine and no issues what’s so ever. Blower isn’t super quiet but it’s not so loud it’s irritating. Show me a heater with a blower that is quiet!
