@@babysosa4830 oh yeah! One of his greatest friends John MacArthur has a different view on baptism and used to debate each other. I like when RC was at the pulpit and you can see him look over at someone (probably John) and he takes jabs at John about baptism then starts cracking up with the crowd. Those 2 were a powerful force together but John MacArthur is the only one left out of that "crew" of great men. I think he's going to be at the Ark encounter next year so you see him, tour the museum, the Ark and the petting zoo. Wow, I ramble.

While it is true the (3rd) Christian "Kingdom of Heaven"
begins when God takes the "Kingdom of God" (Holy Spirit)
away from the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven" and
gives it to the New Testament "church"...
      -----------------
Mat 21:43 Therefore say I unto you, the KINGDOM OF GOD
shall be TAKEN from you [TAKEN from the Jewish Kingdom],
and it was GIVEN to a nation bringing forth the fruits
thereof [and then it was GIVEN to the 3rd Christian
      "Kingdom of Heaven"]
      ------------------
It's also true that there is a significant period of time...
with the fulfillment of many prophetic "signs" never known before the end of the Great Commission.
      ------------------
In fact it is very simple to PROVE Great Tribulation events
were never understood (much less fulfilled) at 70AD...
or in any period during the Great Commission. Because
there are (literally) dozens of passages that contradict
that notion and several passages that specifically PROMISE
the fulfillment of Daniel's Abomination and end-time events
COULD NOT be known until after the destruction
      of the Revelation Beasts(s).
      --------------------
In other words, prophetic "signs" regarding Daniel's prophecies
and the fulfillment of Great Tribulation events were PROMISED
to remain "closed-up" and "sealed" [Dan 12:4 and 12:8-10]...
until the Last Saints, who also "see" the fulfillment of
Great Tribulation "signs" [Mat 24:15 and 24:33]
      ----------------------
Here is a link discussing some of these matters:
      www.5thkingdomofheaven.com/chapter-4
      ---------------------
Note, that is to chapter four of the little book.
You should read chapters 1-3 and you should see
Daniel's "Abomination" revealed in chapter 8
      ----------------------
If you can find even ONE VERSE in the Bible that
contradicts anything revealed on that website I will
      immediately delete the entire site.
      ----------------------
But be warned... this information has already been tested
by some of the most esteemed theologians teaching in
some of the most prestigious seminaries in American...
and NONE of them could find a single contradiction.
      (See "Recipient's" page).
      ----------------------

The two scriptures given by the critics are manipulated to appear as false. Context from Matthew 10:23 is removed as Jesus is clearly talking about the coming persecution of His disciples and what they would face in the coming years. This is NOT a prediction for the Last Days. Matthew 10 does not deal with eschatology at all. It involves Jesus' instructions to His disciples.
In Mark 13:30 Jesus is referring to "this (future) generation" as He is clearly speaking about eschatology. So Jesus is looking forward and pointing to this future generation. Not the current generation He is speaking to. Context matters! Liars remove context on purpose.

I agree with partial preterism in the sense of the events in the 70aD as a fullfillment of Mathew 24 and because this position leaves the door open for the visible coming of the Lord. WhatI wont ever agree with is the total preterism because it breaks other systems of theology such as Christology to begin with, which is not negotiable. Also, because it tends to behave as a subliminal type of Gnosticism.

Limiting yourself to only what Jesus taught on the end times is not advisable because it wasn't until later that the "mystery" (i.e. previously undisclosed) was disclosed to Paul. Also, the Church was not even disclosed. So how can you formulate an eschatological position based solely on what Jesus taught? If we do that then we have no rapture, only the 2nd Advent.

Don't worry about Bertrand Russell and his insistence on what was the meaning of Christ's words. The fact is that the apostle Peter, a far better interpreter, wrote that the fulfillment of Christ's prophesied return would be a long time into the future (at least as men reckon time). He also used a key principle to interpret Christ's prophesy of His soon return-- "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." A short time for men may be a few days or a few decades; But with God it is all the same-- so that 2,000 years is a very short time from God's perspective. The very fact that the apostle Peter says that mockers would come in the last days who would focus on what they believe to be an unfulfilled prophesy, teaches us that the apostle interpreted Christ's words far differently than how Russell and other critics have interpreted them. Which is what we should expect since "the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." We should not allow the skepticism of the godless to be the driving force of how we interpret the Scriptures. So there's my 2 cents. Jesus shall most certainly return in a short time. 2,000 years= 20 one hundred years. A baby born in AD33 lives to one hundred years old, and just as he is dying another baby is born and lives to a hundred years old--- and so on until around only 20 babies have been born and died in 2,000 years. The first baby grown to be 100 could-- given the right circumstances-- just before he dies, literally touch the hand of a newborn baby that lives to be 100, and then the process could repeat until the 20th baby has been born-- bringing the line up to today. That first baby would only be separated from today's baby in 2023, by 19 babies.

      ------------------
It's also true that there is a significant period of time...
with the fulfillment of many prophetic "signs" never known
before the end of the Great Commission.
      ------------------
In fact it is very simple to PROVE Great Tribulation events
were never understood (much less fulfilled) at 70AD...
or in any period during the Great Commission. Because
there are (literally) dozens of passages that contradict

to remain "closed-up" and "sealed" [Dan 12:4 and 12:8-10]...
until the Last Saints, who also "see" the fulfillment of
Great Tribulation "signs" [Mat 24:15 and 24:33]

You should read chapters 1-3 and you should see

If you can find even ONE VERSE in the Bible that
contradicts anything revealed on that website I will
      immediately delete the entire site.
      ----------------------
But be warned... this information has already been tested
by some of the most esteemed theologians teaching in
some of the most prestigious seminaries in American...
and NONE of them could find a single contradiction.

Didn't Jesus tell Christians to pray for God's Kingdom to come and for His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven? Matthew 6:9,10! God's Kingdom is a heavenly government ruled by Jesus Christ as King. Soon Jesus will bring beautiful changes to the earth. There will be no more death, pain or sorrow on earth, Revelation 21:4,5. No more wickedness on earth, Psalms 37:9-11! After Armageddon the meek will inherit the earth and live forever on it, Psalms 37:29; Matthew 5:5; Proverbs 2:21,22. The earth will be cultivated into a Paradise like God intended in the beginning, Genesis 1:28; Isaiah 55:11! Jesus will do on a grand scale what he did when he walked the earth including raising those who are asleep in death, John 5:28,29! There will only be one government ruling over mankind forever , Daniel 2:44! Jesus said that this good news of the Kingdom would be preached about in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end, Armageddon, will come! Soon Jesus will make sure that God's Will is done on earth as it is in heaven, will you be there to see it? John 4:22-24; John 17:3; Isaiah 42:8!

    Here's what happened.
Like Jesus promised, he came back soon after his crucifixion and resurrection. He reigned for 1000 years starting around year 70 AD. The Bible promised he would reign for 1000 years and after that... (Quote): Rev. 20:2-3
"And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. "
So, most people who lived in that millennium with Christ as king left with him and a few that didn't like it, were left behind.
Then, God gave the kingdom to the devil for" a little season " to tempt the nations again. Rev. 20
As of that great disappearance, or reset, we are living the days of the" little season ".
In order to re populate the world, either there was a great resurrection of people who in the past died without knowing about Jesus or Satan mass produced children in an unspecified manner (Rev 20:1-5).
    But here's the best part:
And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Preterists needed what we have found with this erased history, mudflood and Tartary phenomenon in order to make sense of their correct yet incomplete interpretation. Jesus ruled and reigned for 1000 literal years and Rev 20 had a literal fulfillment. We are now living in the little season of Rev. 20. Get your act together Preterists. People need your side of the story to make sense of all this information coming out!!

I generally love R.C. Sproul, but he was completely out to lunch on his eschatology.
Sproul gave way too much credence to defensively answering the arguments of the "critics" and way too little to the literal reading of Scripture (Mt 24, Mk 13, Lk 21, Rv, Daniel, etc). The overwhelming eschatological position of the first and second century believers (Polycarp, Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, etc) was that of [non-dispensational] "Classical Premillennialism" (i.e., Post-Tribulation Rapture, Pre-Millennial church history [time of the Gentiles]). These three men in particular believed the following:
    1. That a future (third) temple would exist at the Time of the End
    2. That Daniel's 70th week was yet to be fulfilled
    3. That Antichrist would be an actual individual man (not an 'office' [like the papacy]) who would rule during Daniel's 70th week.
    4. That the saints (Christians -- Jewish & Gentile believes) would endure the full brunt of the Antichrist's persecution. They would not be raptured away prior to Daniel's 70th week.
    5. That the Thousand Year Reign of Christ would be a literal earthly kingdom happening in the future over a period of one thousand literal years, and that the inhabitants of that kingdom would include both Jew and Gentile
Keep in mind that these three men wrote their eschatological thoughts AFTER the destruction of the Herod's Temple in 70 AD. And, Revelation was written after the destruction of the temple. The preterists will try to twist Irenaeus' writings to somehow state that Revelation was written before the temple's destruction, but I believe that they completely butcher his grammar on that.
Preterism is an invention of the Jesuits formulated in the late 16th and early 17th centuries. The Jesuits were [and are] violently anti-scriptural and thus any theology they put out is highly suspect. I'll take Polycarp (a direct disciple of John the Revelator) over the Jesuits any day of the week.

You say RC spent too much time entertaining the critics ideas and that he should simply focus on the "literal" interpretation of the bible. that's exactly what the critics were doing and that's how they came up to the conclusion that palestinian christianity was deeply apocalyptic and expecting the end within their lifetime. preterism simply attempts to form a different conclusion of the "literal" reading of those verses. personally, i think it's a fools game to try and make the entire bible cohere with a "literal" interpretation. but i am just a fart against the hurricane that is modern evangelical end-time delusion.

also, you mention that the church fathers believed in a third temple? please give evidence; that's baffling. where do you get your scripture regarding the necessity of a "third temple"? we know that we are temples per new testament. and jesus refers to himself as the temple. what is the reason for not understanding paul to be referring to ecclesiastical authority or something like that? why does it always go back to land and jewish temples with you premillennialists?

Blessed Monday to all brothers and sisters in Christ.
I’d like to ask a question for anyone’s thoughts on the chief critic of the Bible’s authenticity and Yeshua’s teaching, that He taught and believed that He would be returning during the people’s (of the day) lifetime.
Question. How do they come to that conclusion when Yeshua said “However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows.” in Matthew 24:36 and 2 Peter 3:8 saying that “But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.“
    ‭‭
The former showing that Yeshua clearly didn’t know when His 2nd coming was going to happen and the later showing that G-d’s patience with all of us is greater than what we can fathom.

Pastor, I haven't watched the rest of the series yet, but I want to say that, what Jesus referred to about His Kingdom was when the first church was established by Apostle Paul and people called themselves Christians in Antioch. That's when Christianity was started, and Jesus's Kingdom was established.
The time between Jesus making that statement and the establishment of the first church was around 40 years, while some of the people were still alive.
After the first church was set up and His Kingdom (Christianity) was established, Jesus came into His Kingdom with Glory.
Jesus's Kingdom has grown into a population of 2 billion worldwide nowadays. A true Kingdom, and Jesus is the King of His Kingdom, and Christians are His people. The Rule of Laws of His Kingdom are listed in the Bible.

Of course you do not understand that the BIBLE teaches
there are four (4) temporal Kingdoms... which Jesus specifically
NAMED as "Kingdoms of Heaven" before the establishment of
the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven". See Scriptures below:
      ---------------------
In Mat 22:2 Jesus NAMES the Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven"
In Mat 13 (8 verses) Jesus NAMES the Christian 'kingdom of Heaven"
In Mat 25:1 Jesus NAMES the Christian "Kingdom of Heaven"
The (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven" is DIFFERENT than any
of the others because it contains ONLY the saved "wheat"
and NONE of the unsaved "tares" from EACH "Kingdom"
and is NAMED in Matthew 5 and 7 and 8 and 19.

Matthew 24 was fulfilled in 70 AD at the end of the Old Covenant age, but it is being fulfilled in parralel now again at the end of the church age. At the end of both these ages comes judgment of the Old, ushering in the new. Wake up people, time is short, the rapture will happen, and many are deceived and will deeply regret it later if you are not watching and praying NOW!

@@wisevirgin3405 I thank you for trying to respond, but what you wrote will not stand. I do not blame you, but I do blame the teachers that have influenced you. I would ask you to go examine a few things for yourself:
      1. Daniel wrote about end times. No one disagrees with that. Please see Daniel 2:40-45, notice whatever Daniel is talking about ends in the days of the 4th Kingdom. That's the Roman period, facts matter.
      2. Daniel further tells us the temple and the holy city will be destroyed. Daniel 9:5,11,20,26-27.According to Daniel (not me or any other man), who sinned and broke the covenant of God? Ask yourself, did Daniel mention a church? (If so, cite the verse.) No he did not. Church is not even a Greek word. All scholars agree that there is not one word about a church age in the Old Testament. The fact remains that there are only two ages taught in scriptures. Moses and the Age to Come, which has no end -- and in which, we are living today; in Christ, Praise God!
      3. Dan 12:1, At that time Michael shall stand up,The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people; And there shall be a time of trouble,Such as never was since there was a nation,Even to that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered,Every one who is found written in the book.
In verse one who are the sons of your people? Daniel was a Jew, notice, it doesn't mention a church or church age.6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long shall the fulfillment of these wonders be?”7 Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and half a time; and when the power of the holy people has been completely shattered, all these things shall be finished.6-7 This is key to everyone's understanding... In verse 6 notice, "How long shall the fulfillment of these wonders be?" This is what the Angel answered in verse 7. Notice, "and when the power of the holy people has been completely shattered, all these things shall be finished”. Who are the holy people here in Daniel 12? See Dan 12:1 for the answer. Now you have a problem with your futurist view, because Daniel the prophet said all will be completed. That includes the resurrection mentioned in vs 2. "When the power of the holy people was shattered” vs 7, which happened in 70 AD, both the temple and people were taken away. See the Arch of Titus for even more proof. The resurrection was spiritual; just like the death in the garden was spiritual, not a physical one (Gen 2:17;3:5/Rom 5:12).
      4. Regarding Matt 24 it’s important to note this is a parallel chapter to Mark 13 and Luke 21. In the Mark account, the reader will learn that this was a private conversation between 4 disciples and Christ. Mk 13:3 As He was sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew were questioning Him privately, 4“Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign when all these things are going to be fulfilled?”Notice they asked him two questions: 1.when will these things be 2. what will be the sign when all these things are going to be fulfilled.
We see in Matt 23 Jesus tells everyone that He's holding that generation accountable for all the righteous blood shed on earth Matt 23:35. Notice verse 36, “Truly I say to you, all these things will come upon this generation”. Audience relevance matters! Again Jesus himself says in Matt 24:34, Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place. How many things will take place in that generation according to Matt 23:36 and Matt 24:34? Also bare in mind, chapter and verse notations were added in the 1400's. Do not be deceived by them. Jesus is still talking about the same thing He was in Chapter 23. He told them all, “behold your house will be left desolate“ Matt 23:38/Dan 9:26-27. That house is the temple! That is the whole context of chapter 24. Go read those two chapters again with that in mind.
      5. Furthermore, Matt wrote Jesus only came for the lost sheep of the house of Israel, see Matt 10:6, Matt 15:24. And you are trying desperately to apply Matt 24 to us today! You cannot sir, You can claim it but that doesn't make it true. Facts Matter. The gentiles did not come into the kingdom until Acts 10, Period... If anyone applies Matt to themselves today (in regards to people in 2020) they are sadly going to be very disappointed, never seeing any of what they think is going to happen. This was written by a Jew, for Jews, 2000 years ago. We can learn from it, but it wasn't written to us today.Let’s take Matt 24:15-16. The Jews must “run to the mountains of Judea to be saved when you see ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION...” The "you" are Jews only, not gentiles. IF anyone, scholar or not, claims otherwise, let them prove it with Scripture. They will not be able to find any proof. Also Daniel did not write to gentiles! Again Matt did not write to Gentiles! Matt 24:20, “Pray that your flight will not be in the winter, or Sabbath…”, yet again, more Jewish terms. See Neh 13:19 for the reason why they should pray it wouldn't happen on a Sabbath! Your obvious beyond help with that list of schools and men you have self proclaimed about yourself. The scriptures have a few things to say about someone like yourself. 1. Proverbs 18:17 The first to plead his case seems right, Until another comes and examines him.2. John 5:31 If I alone bear witness about myself, my testimony is not true.

@@Aneocs .... Child, I will make this very simple for you.
      ------------
First... Daniel's Fourth Beast was NOT Rome (or any physical
empire) because Daniel 7:11-12 reveals that AFTER the fourth
Beast is "given to the Burning Flame" the remaining Beasts still
"have their live prolonged for a SEASON AND TIME". Since the
fourth Beast being "given to the Burning Flame" is the EXACT
same event as the False Prophet and Revelation Beast being
"cast into the Lake of Fire"... we know absolutely that Daniel's
fourth Kingdom/Beast could not be a physical empire because
nobody is preaching that the Babylonian empire or the Persian
Empire of the Greek empire continues to exist on earth AFTER
the fourth Beast is "cast into the Lake of Fire" [Rev 19:20]
      ------------
Secondly... and this is just so naive of you... you do not even
realize that Daniel's Fourth Beast is also shown as the
7-Headed Revelation Beast... and as the Great Tribulation
Kingdom... and as the reign of the "Anti-Christ"... and as
      Satan's "Little Season".
      ---------------
In other words, the PEOPLE living in Daniel's fourth Beast
are the SAME PEOPLE living in the Revelation Beast and
the SAME PEOPLE living in the Great Tribulation and the
SAME PEOPLE ruled by the Anti-Christ and they are the
SAME PEOPLE living during Satan's "Little Season". And
we know this absolutely because (in each case) they are
the PEOPLE living on earth when the Lord Returns.
      ------------------
Let me say this another way child... the Bible PROMISES
that Daniel's prophecies remain "closed-up" and "sealed"
until they are revealed (and preached) by the Last Saints
during the end-of-time (or the Season and Time) after
the destruction of the Fourth Beast. [Dan 12:4 and 12:8-10]
However, your "notion" that the fourth Beast was Rome
was NOT "sealed" at all... it has been preached as the
false doctrine that it is for most of the Christian Kingdom
      --------------------
So.... either God is telling a fairy tale (or LIE) about Daniel's
prophecies remaining "sealed"... or your notion is already
PROVEN to be wrong (because it contradicts Scripture).
      ---------------
So far we have seen (1) that you do not understand that
Daniel 7:11-12 and Rev 19:20 immediately disprove your
theory and (2) you don't understand the PEOPLE living
in Daniel's Fourth Beast are shown in MANY other
passages of Scripture. In Daniel 7 they are called the
ten "horns" and the ten "kings"... in Rev 17 they are also
called the ten "horns" and the ten "kings" (who AGREE
to give their KINGDOM to the Revelation Beast) and in
Mat 25 they are called the ten "virgins".

Please read chapter 2 & 3 to see the five "Kingdoms"
Please read chapter 4 to learn about new information
Please read chapter 6 to learn about the "Kingdom of God"
Please read chapter 7 to learn about "Babylon the Great"
Please read chapter 8 to see Daniel's "Abomination"

I’m not speaking against your personal experience with the ministry of R.C. Sproul and the positive impact it had on you. I’ve shared my thoughts on the topic of eschatology taught by Sproul and the ramifications which follow from it. To name a few, not taking eschatological passages of Scripture literally, over spiritualizing the text, where there’s no necessity to do so and therefore painting whole different picture about the future. Another HUGE issue with Sproul is his replacement theology. Big deal and big mistake. I read his books and at one point was listening to him consistently, until the realization came; he’s such a staunch defender of the inerrancy of Scripture and yet he doesn’t take it at its value. When is comes to Israelology and eschatology, there’s a very sloppy and dishonest approach. The damage is in breading biblical ignorance among believers on those important topics.

@lary Snw You need to re-study the Bible of you still believe there's unfulfilled OT prophecies. Jesus said not one iota or dot will pass from the Law until all is fulfilled (Matt 5:17-18). This meant that until Jesus fulfilled all things written in the law and Prophets, The Law would be enforced and would not pass away.
So if you believe they're still unfulfilled prophecy, then the law has not passed and the New Covenant has not begun which creates a major theological dilemma. However, Jesus said that half the destruction of Jerusalem that all that is written would be fulfilled at that time (Luke 21:20-20-22). If everything written was fulfilled at the destruction of Jerusalem, then the Great Tribulation mentioned in that chapter, as well as the battle of Armageddon mentioned in Revelation, which all have their roots in the Old Testament prophets, have been fulfilled. In fact Jesus said that that generation would not pass until all things took place (Matt 24:34). This puts the consummation of the ages in AD 70 and not some distant future.

Jesus was a mystic and as such some of teachings could only be alluded to in abstract terms. The obsession with eschatology only emphasizes the profound ignorance of biblical scholars. To understand Jesus it is necessary to raise the level of consciousness to his level.
Jesus allades to this: "If thine be eye be single, then thy whole body shall be full of light."
Ironically, Jesus cautioned his followers about not living in the present.

Context. Context. Context. Read Luke 21 where this scripture is noted. He describes a time when Jerusalem will be surrounded. He then talks of a fig tree. In the Bible the fig tree is always represented as a fig tree. He means that THIS generation, the one who sees Jerusalem surrounded (after rapture, before Armagedon) will see the return of Jesus in His Second Coming to judge all the Earth.

That is just a complete twisting of "Context" as you fail to include the entire CONTEXT of what they are talking about, which is judgement upon Old Covenant Israel which the Temple they walked out of and Christ had just admonished the apostate Jews for their wicked sins and murdering God's prophets and his Son, that Temple symbolized Old Covenant Israel. Everything that comes after that is about THAT EVENT!
So no, you can't just rip out a verse towards the end of the chapter and claim the fig tree represented a group of people thousands of years into the future. If you knew history, you would know Luke 21 and Matthew 24 happened EXACTLY as Christ predicted and the Roman armies encompassed Jerusalem lead by Vespasian and Titus.
Now how are the Christians suppose to head Christ words and flee the city once the city is surrounded? Well HISTORICALLY the Caesar died at the very time and word had got back to Vespasian and his soldiers wanted him to go to Rome to take over as Caesar so they retreated their forces from around Jerusalem while they discussed how to proceed... History records the Christians in Jerusalem heeded Christ warnings and FLED the City and were saved from it's Judgement.....

begins when God takes the "Kingdom of God" (Holy Spirit)
away from the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven" and
gives it to the New Testament "church"...

In fact it is very simple to PROVE Great Tribulation events
were never understood (much less fulfilled) at 70AD...

there are (literally) dozens of passages that contradict
that notion and several passages that specifically PROMISE

and the fulfillment of Great Tribulation events were PROMISED
to remain "closed-up" and "sealed" [Dan 12:4 and 12:8-10]...
until the Last Saints, who also "see" the fulfillment of
Great Tribulation "signs" [Mat 24:15 and 24:33]

Matt 23: 34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
Who was Jesus talking to when He said this?....
Luk 21: 9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.
Why does He say when YOU shall hear of wars rather than when THEY shall hear of wars?
Luk 21: 12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:
Who would this happen to? To the disciples He was talking to or some people 2000 plus years into the future?
Luk 21: 20 ¶ And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
Who will see Jerusalem compassed with armies?
Luk 21: 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Make no mistake, the Bible talks about the LAST SAINTS

the Bible NAMES the Last Saints the "wise virgins" living during
the reign of the Anti-Christ and Revelation Beast during the
(4th) Great Tribulation "Kingdom of Heaven".

These Last Saints are also mentioned in Mat 25:1-13 as those who

of Daniel's prophecies [Dan 12:4 and 12:8-10] and who are then
COMMANDED to "prophecy again" about these Biblical mysteries
as the Seventh Trumpet "begins to sound" [Rev 10:7-11]

There are at least 3-4 other passages that come to mind when we

@@evanu6579 ... Look, I can HELP YOU very easily to see your
confusion... read the passage below... was it SPOKEN
to the True Believers before 100 AD (absolutely) and yet
it talks about "us" who are alive when the Lord Returns...
since NO MAN lives for 2000 years, we can KNOW that
the "us" represents the True Believers LIVING ON EARTH
when the Lord Returns and "we" (who are alive and remain)
are suddenly "changed" in a "twinkling of an eye" into our
eternal incorruptible bodies.... that did NOT happen to the
True Believers alive in 100 AD or 500 AD or 1000 AD or
even 1500 AD... so we KNOW ABSOLUTELY what the
CONTEXT of the word "we" or "us" represents... those
True Believers living on earth when the Lord Returns.
This is not rocket science... it is the ONLY fulfillment
      ----------------------
1Co 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot
inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
1Co 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye,
at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 1Co 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1Co 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
1Co 15:55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
      -----------------------------------
Now... if you are really naive enough to believe the PROPHECY was
meant to be fulfilled BEFORE 100 AD then there is no hope for you
because you cannot even understand the CONTEXT of a passage
so you have no chance of understanding it's MEANING.
