Everyone asks what happens when a client admits guilt to his lawyer. There are lots of rules and reasons behind those rules as to what happens after a clietn admits guilt for a crime.
Lawyers are faced with ethical choices and rules to follow in order to represent the client's best interests without misleading the court and breaching the client's confidentiality.
