    That is a big Boker fixed blade that looks like it could really do some work! That is one big daddy!

      It is one beast of a knife Mark! The steel is basic but man this thing screams quality to me because of its heft, I like it a lot. Thanks for watching my friend, I know you have 1 or 2 new vids up I need to watch when I get a chance...been crazy busy the last 2 days.

      @@WaltRevenJr + Nice knife Walt! Do not worry about the back and forth thing because I understand and everything is cool. I have really been loading up on knife uploads and I am going to back off eventually. I was trying to form a base. I see you hit 190 sub mark which is great so keep it going! I have about 1600 on my "Harley Davidson Racing" channel. I am working on an upload for that channel today but my current interests pulls me more toward knives than motorcycles even though I love bikes also. I also have a music/guitar channel with about 320 that is called my name "Mark Rankin" but I have not been doing much there for years now. If you go there you can get a look at me. Thanks Walt!

      @@bladesandmore8833 I did sub to your music channel a while back and commented on one of the vids, great talent for sure man. I dont think I could find your harley channel, when I typed it in youtube gave me a bunch of other channels. Pop a link here to me sometime if possible, Im curious and always willing to sub your other channels for support and help. Thnx also on the 190..its slowwwwly climbing lol. Your knife channel is taking off now man, hopefully that continues for you and me. I need to buy more knives to review when money permits. I got tons of small mushroom vids to edit lol, no shortage of those and nice thing is its free lol

      Hey Walt I remember our past conversation on this topic now. The name of this channel is linked to a brand name so I think I need to consider a channel name adjustment. The link to my HDR channel is: ruclips.net/channel/UCctl0h56fboy8tC8fNcHXgQ

    I have been looking at Boker knives and wondering about how good they are, as many of them are a reasonable price. Seems this one at least is very good. Great review mate, looking forward to the next one.

      Thanks my friend, its not a bad knife at all for the money! A wee bit on the heavy side and I need to fix that dangling problem but otherwise its built to last I feel!

    How wide is the blade?

    • @WaltRevenJr
      @WaltRevenJr  5 лет назад

      Blade Thickness: 0.17" , hope that helps and what your referring to? Thank You for watching

      @@WaltRevenJr I was saying about the width of the blade not thickness

      2 1/4"

    any cons yet?

    • @WaltRevenJr
      @WaltRevenJr  4 года назад +1

      John my only real con is that I wished the steel was a bit better, it dulls quickly and chips easily as its just 440 stainless steel(re-sharpens easily though). The knife is a beast though, everything else about it is very nice. Thanks for watching!

    I have one in my collection brother.

    • @WaltRevenJr
      @WaltRevenJr  5 лет назад +1

      Is one hefty knife isnt it! I like it, wish the steel was a bit better but other than that its great! Thanks for watching man, appreciate it!

    • @arnabsaha86
      @arnabsaha86 5 лет назад +1

      @@WaltRevenJr Well said Brother. I bought it because of its design and low cost. Though it's a beefy knife the steel could have been better. Atleast 420HC in my opinion. I have a Gerber Strong-arm in 420 HC which performs flawlessly. Or maybe AUS8 could do the job. Thanks again Bro.

      @WaltRevenJr  5 лет назад +1

      @@arnabsaha86 Is why I got it also, plus the leather sheath fits my custom knife perfectly. I do agree though, D2 would have been great on it

    • @arnabsaha86
      @arnabsaha86 5 лет назад +1

      @@WaltRevenJr I do agree bro. D2 could be great or atleast AUS8 because I have a Cold steel Kobun in AUS8 steel. These are all cheaper steels with awesome balance of hardness and edge holding capabilities.

    • @WaltRevenJr
      @WaltRevenJr  5 лет назад +1

      Yea man Aus8 is really really good too! My ontario rat2 has aus8 and its really really good steel also. That knife is one heck of a pocket knife!

    You're right man they put the lock of the sheath so low, I have really didn't saw a sheath like this,very bad design, fix it man!

    440A? I'm out!

      Its not that bad, though I do wish it was a bit better of steel for how big and nice the knife was.
