9:02 T-Intersections without STOP or YIELD signs: Vehicles, bicyclists, and pedestrians on the through road (continuing to go straight) have the right-of-way. Traffic on the terminating road must give way (yield) to traffic on the continuing road. Essentially the busier bigger road that gets the right of way, everyone else intersecting with it would have to yield, stop, and wait.

Wouldn’t it be awful if you or your child were dying or being attacked and desperately needed help and when you call 911 you just get an automated voice telling you they are busy like it’s a customer service call? Before January 20th 2021 I had never heard of 911 operators being too busy. We can all thank ShïtShow Joe for all of this lawlessness, vote accordingly in November.
Being put on hold for 911 has been a thing in big cities for literal decades, but keep injecting your weird political stuff into totally unrelated videos for no reason if it makes you feel better.
