ALWAYS called them CHICKEN SLIDE .. First ones Were on reefer trucks but I had one on my 359 cow truck for years . They tend to leak around the fasteners bolts in roof of sleeper over time .
@@stormyweather9054Varishield are different from Chicken Slide (Turbo Wing). Varishield can be let down to different lengths depending on wutt type of trailer being pulled or even let all the way down for clearances slightly above flattop sleepers
I drove 38+ years and I'll tell you the red is mistake. Car tail lights or any tail lights are red..... The shared will cut down on the drivers ability to see tail or brake lights. I know I ran one for a long time and after a week I swore I would never use red again
Ok i think if it were my truck the first thing im not happy with the lettering at all i would do 2 things the letters are to small dont like the style dont like the color the unit numbers look way to small if i were you guys i would get another sign painter too look at the entire truck and come up with a way better design there you go !!
That bug deflector on the hood should be orange I think it would look more old school with the color of the truck you got to get rid of the letters man I think that dude could have laid out a better job then that sorry
I really like this truck. Paint work and bug shield really go great together.

I like the old School look but truck is missing one key part really needs a Vera shield on top.
