I know I am late to the comments, but my kids and I just saw Kayson’s adoption video. This is such a sweet story! My hubs and I have 3 biological children, and have adopted 5. We adopted my sister’s son as well, we took him when he was 2 1/2 years old. 10 years later we adopted another of her children. A little girl who was 20 months old at the time. Then, we adopted a group of 3 siblings that we just fell in love with right away. I had always wanted 8-12 children and never thought it would happen, but God sure had other plans. I know first hand the stresses and trials that can come with adopting a family, especially one from a sibling, but I would do over and over! Thank you so much for sharing your story! ❤❤❤

It's so amazing that during about 2 and a half years, even without being official adopted he was already family. You guys haVe such a beautiful family and it's always a pleasure to watch you guys and your fantastic family relationship.
The boy has good sense and taste. Bruce is a thousand-year-old name of Norman origin, with an important history in Scotland, where it is most beloved. It will do him well. True, it got a lot of teasing in the 1970s, but several famous Bruces came along to rescue it, just as several male Robins saved that as a boy's name around the same time.
The closest historical analog of Kayson I can find (and I have dozens of name dictionaries) is McKay, the 19th-most-common surname in Scotland, and once the tenth. This means "the son of Aodh". This has the added, and fun, advantage of offering a compound initial, McK. My stepfather had his leather travel bag embossed "B McK B". It drew inquiries when I took it to Europe.

i’ve been watching the ninja kidz channel for about 5 years (possibly longer) and i could not be happier that i got to grow up with such an amazing role model family. you guys have inspired me to pursue many different activities that i still enjoy today. i never knew kayson was adopted and i’ve always thought he went perfectly with the rest of the kids. he seems so sweet and hilarious! i am beyond happy for you all! thank you for being such a major part of my journey to teenhood.

I love this story!! kayson and I have a similar life story. I was also adopted from China by American parents when I was 3 years old.y sister was also adopted from china but at 6 months old. I’m from Southern, she’s from Northern. I hope we can be online friends Kayson(and obviously the rest of the fam too!)❤️ I love you guys so much

Our 4 year old foster son idolises you guys. He loves his kindergym and is actually very good at it, which I think a lot of his motivation and talent has come from watching your videos. It's heartwarming to hear your story, and I think as our son grows and learns his own story, he will be Happy to learn that can relate to the ninja kids family. My story is I am growing up on a farm riding horses and I just love my home here!! I have had some accidents with riding horses but I still get back in the saddle. So don't be scared to try something again!!👍❤

I had started crying when Kayson had explained what he loved about his family. Not everyone in this world has a full and beautiful family. I've always drempt of having a full, loving family and maybe even a sibling or two. But that's just not how life works, at least for me. You guys are lucky and you should enjoy it every second.❤️

But really why the reason I cried is because I've had trauma since I was 2 years old, and Kayson is so lucky to have a fun and enjoying who he got adopted by if that makes sense.

I have only been watching your channel for a few months. I was one of the ones who had "gently" asked for Kayson's back-story. I've watched other families like the Crazy Pieces and Crazy Middles who have a dozen or so kids who save are mostly adopted. Their back-stories are just such good human content, but I learned from them that you never push for such a story until the child is ready for it to be told.
Kayson, you are such a great addition to the Ninja Fam and I think your name is cool. Even with the cheese! It's been amazing to see you find and explore your skill and bravery, your inner super-hero, who Kayson Bruce Myler is as a person in the world. You're an awesome person in the world, and the Ninja Fam are the perfect ones to help you become all the awesome that you can be. The episodes where your folks pushed you at bit and you reached new pinnacles of Kayson-dom are perhaps my favorites. You are my hero, even without the green paint -- because you overcame so much and are in the act of blossoming into something far greater than any of us could have known.
BTW, I loved you in the various Christmas Among Us episodes, and was heartbroken there was none this past holiday season. Any chance you could strong-arm your family into getting Santa, the Grinch and Abominable back together for this coming Christmas??

I love the name Kayson so much! I actually have a adopted cousin named Kayson and he is the best. I love how he is adopted,probably bc in my family we are really big on adoption,two of my cousins are adopted and when I was little we were going to adopt two boys that would have made my 4th and 5th big brothers! I already had 3 big brothers and no sisters,but sadly we didn’t get to adopted them…but that’s bc there biological dad wanted them so I’m very happy for them I really wish we could have adopted them but at last they were still with family,they weren’t in my life for long only about a year but they will always be in my heart and to me they are my brothers.

As a father myself, I find Kayson's adoption story incredibly heart-warming! I have two beautiful daughters and know all too well how deep our children etch themselves on our hearts! While you no doubt have challenges like any other family, it is truly awesome to see the wonderful job you have done as parents. Every ninja kid is is clearly talented, well-grounded and is having such a positive impact on our children who watch your channel. Keep going! It's great, wholesome entertainment (even for us "Golden Oldies!").
