    I left Chicago 25 years ago after growing up in Lakeview. Clark and Roscoe used to be all Asian restaurants. Glad to see bikes are used for basic transport. Never used to see that.

    There's so much potential for Lakeview to be a neighborhood where you can bike in comfort and safety. Broadway and Halsted should be car free.
    I love that there was an organic example of how biking can nurture your connections with your neighbors or fellow city dwellers because you're not in a big metal box.
    Wild how in your clip there's more people on bikes at Roscoe & Clark than cars. Roscoe needs some diverters to reduce through traffic. Reducing the number of cars on side streets is just as important as slowing them down.

    Cars are just inefficient. If I could choose, I would just get rid of my car. But there are no good alternatives.
