Basically is most youtubers that do "Glowing: Paint videos. Turn the saturation and or brightness for known colours up on their tv..You can make Blue, look almost as it were popping out of the screen by turning up the Blue, that is allowed to be shown in your tv's settings

The green isn't bright because it's just a trick he did with his TV to make it look as bright as it was in the video.

Well i can't agree to disagree considering your hud is toggled off.
Panda Potatoes the hud is turned off so you can see the whole car and just make the screen look better as it gets in the way
