well yeah they're the top D1 teams in the nation, i feel like people forget how good D1 players actually are, not saying u in specific but many ppl in general
Especially the passing and transition plays. Pure chemistry. Passing to me is the single most important thing in volleyball. Without it there is no offense.
UCLA blocking was the big determining factor in this match. Also UCLA hit 386 (and that was with K. Kobrine having the worse hitting percentage I can remember since he has been starting) and Pepperdine hit 167 for the match.
Before the season started, I thought this would be a critical match for seeding for the NCAA Tournament. I though the top three teams would be UCLA, Pepperdine and Long Beach State. Pepperdine has moments and have the talent but haven't put it together for long enough streaks to beat some teams I thought they would have been able to beat. They still have the conference tournament and if they can win it and have momentum for the NCAAs their regular season will be completely forgotten. Jasper has to cut down his errors. 11 errors is too many.
is it me or did it look like every single middle attack from pepperdine was a carry? like their middles looked like they were catching and throwing the ball rather than hitting it
@@Irfan-sh4lc no, it's not a float if the ball doesn't float lol. the ball clearly rotates and doesn't float, so judging from his approach he was trying for a float but he messed it up. or he didn't even try, nevertheless it is not a float by any means
No he's front row. The opposite hitter was lined up all the way in the corner of the court, so opposite that far back in the court = setter is front row.
me and my high school volleyball team went to this game for a team bonding experience it was insane…. how good they are compared to us lmao

My team did the same, was a great time

I really like the video perspective. Gives a much more immersive experience.
13:22 on the right you can see them doing push-ups after the block

Cole Pender has honestly gotten so much better at libero since his freshman year, Speraw has been working his magic
13:24 the girls suddenly started to do pushups LMAO WHAT
they were doing pushups every time the white team blocked
I just came back from a high school tournament this is a whole other level
7:45 I never understood why the seats are so close to the court. Especially in Volleyball
i think in this instance it was way too close, but in professional arenas and stadiums there's a lot more room for the players to get around with
if only the crowd was this hype during my primary school concert :pensive:
" :pensive: "
8:09 he didnt get the point but that was clean af
#25 on Pepperdine is a baller fr

Those blocks were insane
Nothing better than a moomoocowjonny's vid at night
I’ve always wanted to be able to spike but I’m not tall enough (also they hit that ball HARD)
Cảm ơn chị nhiều

You’re allowed to do that to a certain extent. Think of it as a powerful tip.
Seems like west coast refs have pretty much stopped calling these.
yeo they went crazy best game i seen all season!!!
0:38 why? just why? lol
11:12 I'm pretty sure the ball touched the light
00:39 "ty for set"
LMAO
Anyone knows what the white team's 12 shoe is called?
is anyone else wondering what the girls doing push-ups in the background are up to
Number 12 on Pepperdine is a crazy outside
amazing
Pepperdines setter is good but i feel some his decision making late in sets is also what cost them the Match, hats off to UCLA
Could someone tell me how high a volleyball net is?
About 8 feet for men
Why there were girls doing push ups on the crowd?
guys 3:07 that is the most aggressive float serve i have ever seen
it's not a float
@@amateurvolleyballin4k95 That was a float.

No because why does it look like they float?
I am surprised they didn't call some of those spikes that weren't actually hits but shoves.
Your editing out of serving errors makes ucla actually watchable.
Jalen Jasper is such a hottie🤣
hey, can someone tell me the height of their net in cm? thanks
243 centimeters!
They’re all giants
we need more volleyball pov's
Great game
num ber 20 on ucla the OH is a baller
That’s Ethan Champlain, he’s not that big for an outside but he’s a beast
00:35 that was a foot fault by the setter

announcer : JACOOOOB STEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELE
damn, all so tall
As a european i find some of the passes pretty close to carried balls is that just me or?
They look like carries or maybe are carries but are not counted as such since it's fast. I THINK 😃🤔
le hacemo partido con la sub 18 del sanma

The flashes gotta stop dude, as a viewer i get annoyed cant help but think what its like for the players D:
Not an issue
