Personally, I feel like this is overkill and stripping the skin barrier unnecessarily and loading it with so many products that not all of them will be able to work properly, but thats just my personal opinion, wveryone is different. For me it wouldn't make sense to exfoliate before cleansing as the exfoliant won't be as effective on uncleansed skin, and generally you don't need a face oil to shave your face, it's just adding unnecessary oil onto your skin (unless you have dry skin in which case it's a bad idea to be using products not designed to moisturise as a priority and repeatedly cleansing / wiping them off). Especially as the cleanser is watered down quite a bit with those foam makers (I've tried this myself even with a lot of cleanser and a small bit of water, and it's just less effective). Maybe it's good for dry skin but honestly if you have dry skin, it's better to get a gentler cleanser that you can use without having to foam it to make it usable. If the cleanser is just really strong, I get trying to be able to use the cleanser instead of discsrding it though. The treatment ampoules are not meant to be wiped off either, the skincare company says do not apply other skincare afterwards so it's probably unnecessary and not getting the full benefit of it to use it and wipe it off. It probably would have been better to cleanse, exfoliate (the shaving could have been done during cleansing), use the Clarins cooling mask, use a sheet mask, then apply serum and lastly the treatment ampoule. Generally it's best to apply oily products after more hydrating ones, but the ampoule says not to apply anything after it, so maybe sometimes it could be an idea to use the facial oil at the end and other times use the ampoule. That way you can get the full benefits of the product by leaving it on as it usually intended to be

The exfoliant is a toner so it should be done around the same time as serums (and after cleansing/masks)
