I get the comparison with Pogba because of how silky he is on the ball. The difference however is that Mainoo doesn't do it to be flashy. He has a knack of almost always doing exactly what needs to be done to get out of a tight situation. And usually that understanding is a result of a lot of experience. But this guy hasn't played a full season yet. Looking for an 18 year old with 20 years experience... Kobbie's your man.
I 100% agree. It’s the economy of his movements. Nothing is wasted, nothing for show. He’s a special talent and I think ultimately will be a far greater player than Pogba.
