As a now grown man who has been blessed to have the opportunity to come to this great Country, after losing my father in Castro's dungeona's. In total we lost half of our immediate family. Were blessed to be allowed to legally immigrate to this great. When we arrived in 1962 I was ac 3 year old boy immigrant. We were poor, but our home was filled with the belief in a strong work ethic and the promise of the American dream. Marco Rubios family story is of our generation story. I have never been prouder and more moved as just not an American of Cuban decent. But for the blessing of having raised my daughter in best country in the history of man kind. I by no means am a soft man and the grind and struggle to go from not being sure if we would have enough to eat, to becoming a medical professional serving others has made me strong beyound belief. I am not ashamed to admit It I wss brought to tesrs by the genuine love and respect Senator Rubio recieved during his RNC speech. I've never been prouder of our country and being an American of Cuban decent. I hope Senator Rubios families back story Inspires the next generation of proud Americans who cherish, protect our their freedoms and truly love their country. God bless our great country and protect the entire Trump family.

Blown away by his speech. He takes nothing for granted and earns your support by talking to both heart and mind. Sidenote... he grew up in the U.S. but his mannerisms and intensity are unmistakably Latino/Spanish. The Republican party is gifted with a deep bench of leaders who represent America.

What a wonderful speech, and such a wonderfully diverse and united, crowd. The only detraction is that USA Today felt obliged to add a disclaimer that they have not yet had the opportunity to censor this man's guaranteed First Ammendment right to free political speech, and our First Ammendment right to hear it.
