(unrelated but I'd suggest changing your speed to be a little bit faster, personally i'd say raise it to 9 or 10 so the notes are more spaced out and easier to tap and eventually work your way to make the speed faster.)
it’s actually good that they’re playing at this speed because half their screen is broken, which effects the time you have to react to notes cuz you can’t see them-> therefore low speed allows them to have the same reaction speed as the average player, or close

I used to have a laptop and the screen was 75% burnt like yours but i still used it because i had nothing else 😭😭 (like, actually used it daily surprisingly?) it also only worked if i had the charger turned on, else it would just turn off, also, how do you see the notes with that type of screen? O.o with me, getting a notification alone makes me miss all my notes 😭😭
