To those who are wondering what "Egomama" means, Egomama is a play on the English word "Ego" and the Japanese word "Wagamama" (true to oneself). When combined, it roughly translates into "as my ego pleases" or "letting my ego decide".
The way I understood the video is that the girl who steps out of the door at the end has 2 sides. The blond one with the "I" card who represents her selfish side and the other one with the "U" card who only thinks about her "boyfriend". The two are frustrated because they get hurt when they are only selfish or only selfless. But then they understand that they don't have to be either selfish or selfless but that it is best that you are sometimes selfish and sometimes selfless. At the end you can also see that the boy also has two sides and most likely had a similar inner conflict. At least that's my theory ^^ hope you can understand what I mean

Anyways, I think the manga is made after this song, but I recommend it because it's really cute.

It's been roughly 7 years since I've been listening to this song and I still love its story~. The lyrics display the two sides of a relationship, both are either side that is opposite to one another. Those being selfish and being selfless. To make it really simple, one side was always taking from her partner, while the other was always giving. Either way, both are considered as a toxic relationship. Some of the songs on the charts are that I like,but I prefer Japanese music. The music on the charts (most of it) is about butts,drinking,and complete pointlessness. However,although there's a few exceptions,Japanese is just a hell lot better.
