I am still confused how exactly they expected to get away with it. The states knew who their electors were, they were appointed prior to the election, and they were identified and checked in that day to perform their duty. If it was that easy for any random person to show up and claim to be an elector and not have it questioned then the Electoral college would have fallen apart long ago.

They didn't expect to get away with anything they knew that the alternative electors would never be used unless the general population vote was contested or audited by means of non illegal voting methods and overturned... The supreme Court ruled that the mail-in ballots are unconstitutional we should have had an immediate re vote.... Throughout history presidents have used alternative electors and it's not up to the states to decide how that's done even though Georgia thinks that they can in a federal election not state election... All you have to do is go read the laws on how electors are chosen and you'll see Trump is completely innocent and that this is political persecution
You don't need to choose any electors in the electoral college until the Gen pop vote has been cast and properly audited did the supreme Court not rule that mail in ballots are illegal.... No electors should have been chosen in Georgia until they had a fair legal Gen POP vote Georgia just thinks that they can take it upon themselves to Medellin a federal election they will end up walking funny Willis down the hall of shame

Information given out in this video isn’t entirely true, the popular vote is basically just a recommendation for the electoral college. They don’t actually have to vote in favor of the populous; only 19 states in total have any form of accountability for faithless electors and of those 19, 5 of the states still count the votes. Granted most electors vote for who their state chooses but it isn’t a requirement

@@donxavier10 good question because there were sooooo many. My bad because I have had a few bad days recently and things aren’t as clear in my mind as they usually are. Keep questioning others to find answers that have been proven truthful. There were several people in different voting poles who saw with their own eyes what was placed in the ballots. There were also people who brought in ballets from other areas that didn’t belong at that poling place. That was all recorded live on TV. To me eye witnesses prove there was nothing “alleged”. The cameras caught them.
@@judiesmith6322 First, turning in ballots at a polling place that is not yours just routes that vote to your designated area if the polling place where you turned in your ballot is not in the same district. Second, you seem to be providing a lot of anecdotal and 3rd person statements as evidence. Can you cite actual incidents of any of these things happening? Names, places, etc. If it was all recorded on live tv then where are the court cases challenging those votes? "Eye witnesses" doesn't actually prove anything. For instance how do these eye witnesses know a ballot(s) were turned in that didn't belong at that polling place?

They are prepared in the event of a recount snd the results switch simply becuase electors can send whoever still vote for whoever they want even if a whole state votes for the other guy. Read the indictment. "Freedom of speech" doesn't enter into it. The indictment concedes that right up front. This is about 1) conspiracy to defraud the U.S., 2) obstructing an official proceeding, 3) conspiracy to obstruct same, and 4) conspiracy to deprive voters of their votes. 1 and 4 are slam dunks. 2 and 3 will be proved in court.
