I like brother Keiths sermons but, think about it, “let not the sun go down on your wrath”. Does God really condone wrath during the day but not at night? We can be angry during daylight but not when it’s dark?
Are you consciously angry when you sleep? I think what scripture is translating is do not allow yourself to take a concern that anger you into the next day, when we as believers are supposed to cast all of our cares to God. By allowing the sun goes does and still being angry gives Satan a place hold to sneak in and cause that anger to grow and cause you to sin in some form or fashion
