This year I haven't watched one single Bollywood movie in theatres. The three movies I have watched were malayalam and Hollywood movie.

Nobody watches good movies because i went to 'Sonchiriya' a very good movie in every aspect in fact in the recent times i never watch any movies in there women have great role then any other. What powerfull role played by Bhmui mem .
But what happened this movie is miserably failed at the box office.

@@tripathiashutosh874 First, Tumbbad is a 2018 film, second Uri and War are just pure trash, third, I apologize for not mentioning Article 15, I seriously forgot about it, fourth, Photograph is a good film but maybe not as good as Gully Boy, Sonchiriya and Article 15 as it had some problems. Fifth, stop spreading hate. Also do not even compare Hollywood with Bollywood. Their audience is much more progressive, educated and sophisticated and they produce dozens of masterpieces, original stories and creative pieces every year, while in Bollywood, an equal amount, or probably double that amount of pathetic films are released.

In the 90s Alisha obtained a restraining order against Anu Malik. I also remeber reading that singers Poornima and Parvati Khan accussed him of sexual misconduct. Later, they retracted their statements.
But the biggest disappointment is Sonu Nigam who ias asking for proof. Per him, Anu Malik is being targetted because he has many enemies in the industry. can anyone explain how one gets prrof when a man makes a xsexual advance towards you, especially when you least expect it? I expectecd Anu Malik to behave like this. I never expected Sonu Nigam to defend him with a baseless ask.

The people who have been accused of sexual harassment shouldn't be bashed publicly until the allegations are proven. Every thing has two sides, even MeToo movement had many genuine cases but there were equal number of allegations based on complete lie if not more. So who knows about these allegations.

Regarding patriotism, Pagalpanti irresolutely added a patriotic tinge at the climax which was absolutely unnecessary.
Also, I was unaware of any such music video of KRK as mentioned by you. Now as I clicked the video, the first thing I saw was how many likes it got. The number of likes didn't surprise me as it was certain that no of likes would be way lesser than dislikes. But what surprised me was the subscriber count(ignoring 'k' at the end of the number) which absolutely suits his character.
Finally, regarding MeToo accused ones such as Nana Patekar, Sajid Khan, Alok Nath, etc. are really finding tough to direct or act or produce films and they deserve to not get any film credits until they are proven not guilty by the law .

I really support all those women and would totally like to get them justice but just accusing someone cant be at what we stop #metoo .
I think #metoo has lead to the awareness of the situation at play at high power environment but it shouldnt be what we aim at .
True that, but it is the first step towards making a change. Much like talking about mental health is, followed by seeking help. It's murky waters honestly in the case of #metoo, but that shouldn't stop us from speaking about it. Words can make or break the community so we must use it to our advantage.
