Madam.
Anticholinesterases are structurally similar to Acetylcholine.
That is why they are binding with Acetylcholinesterase, making it unavailable to metabolize Acetylcholine, ultimately enhancing the endogenous actions of ACh.

Mam How can we say that the iris muscle is contracted so miosis is occurs because here is two type of muscle is spincture pupille and dilatator pupille
so how we can say the contraction of iris muscle causes myosis it can be both ?

Contraction of one type of iris muscle that is pupillae sphincter muscles causes miosis. Because that is what is supplied with parasympathetic innervation and the other iris muscle is supplied with sympathetic innervation whose contraction causes mydriasis. But here we are talking about cholinergic drug and that is paraympathomimetic drug.
