I wouldn't recommend leaving your water heater electric switch in the on position. If you water tank is empty, say at the beginning of the season and you plug your trailer in to shore power you will destroy your electrical element inside the water heater.
The information is useful. A friend has the 18 (or 19) foot 'Stealth' toy hauler. Given where he takes it, and routinely overloads it with several ATVs, it has held up exceptionally well.
manufacturer says 4 years at least - but i would think that would go by what they look like -- miles count just like on the vehicle - and whether they were sitting in the sun and on the ground or not -- those two things are important - tires should be looked at daily while driving - and rotated about every 6 months and checked on the inside also - common sense applys - where and the world did yu get 2 years at - is it in the air ? !

The fuel station usually fuels the generator also, So it's not totally useless.
You are correct!
If you have recreational vehicles its not useless
Regarding tires, know how to read the manufacturing date of a tire, they shouldn’t be more than two years old

Is the guy selling it really going to go through all that with you ?
He/she should. If they don't, don't buy it.
