Why is everyone downing Sam? Once upon a time people were saying that Sam needs to put her kids first and think about their safety and when she does she is raked over the coals for it. There are no pleasing y’all. I love Jason and Sonny at times but I think I’m over JaSam at this point. It’s not so much because of Sam’s attitude but Jason. Jason was stuck in a time capsule being gone for 5 years and he has not changed. Sam on the other hand had to raise Danny by herself at one point, she had to deal with him having cancer and then she got IMO with Patrick, well Silas before that but she was use to some normalcy and when faux Jason/Drew came on the scene he did everything to put her and the kids first. No mother should have to feel the fear of their kids in danger. The world is scary enough and then add to the fact that the man you love is in the mob. Yes Sam knew what she was getting into but think about this Sam did not get chance to raise her daughter w/Sonny in this life because she died so she had not had a taste of what it could be raising children in that life. By the time she was reunited with Danny, Jason went off to help Bernie and presumably killed. Before Jason had returned she did not have to worry about Danny nor Scout’s safety. Yes Sam has a past and made mistakes but she has not been like Carly constantly justifying why it is ok for her to stay with Sonny. Just look at Sonny’s kids: Michael shot put in a coma, Kristina almost died due to a car bomb planted by Sonny, Morgan killed in a car bomb presumably (still hoping he turns out to be alive down the road) even if it was by Olivia Jerome, Sonny thought he did it. Avery and Donna have not been touched yet but give it some time. People can grow and sometimes it takes for a near tragedy to put things in perspective.
I am a fan of Sonny and Jason and the whole mob story line makes for good tv. However I'm glad they show Sam in this light. She is afraid for the safety of her children. She is seriously considering walking away from Jason to protect her children which is highly admirable. Sam is willing to sacrifice the love she has for Jason which I believe is strong (look at all the history and years together) for her children's safety and well being. Sam is proving she is a mother and truly loves her kids. Sorry but I don't even think Carly could or ever would sacrifice her love for Sonny to protect her children so sad but true.
Remember when Elizabeth and Sam were fighting over Jason. Oh No sam ! This is what you bargained for when you said forever to Jasons love. But to each it's own .
This stroyline is ttl tomfoolery.....Sam ddnt just meet Jason yesterday, they have been together for close 2 a century. ...With sam 100% aware of who Jason was the good,bad,ugly.....N she married him not once,but twice....So it's an impractical sell that she is now conflicted n regarding the children? Like Confucius once said.."why lie when the Truth will do."
@@hardren101 It’s different when you have children. And like I said, the fear of losing Her Son in that bomb 💣 blast 💥 left her with a fear 😮she can’t deal with. To Gamble with her life is one thing. But to Gamble with your children lives is another thing. Yes she knew the risk!!! But this was the first time shit got real for her. Great writing by GH writers

I agree Alexis is one of the biggest HYPOCRITE! In Port Charles. She has killed people for doing her wrong. She’s gotten into bed with a lot of mob men Sonny Jerry Julian Shawn & Rick. I don’t care what anyone says Rick has always been apart of the mob. He works for Alcazar for the Zacchara and Sonny mob life was what he knew too.
Why are they writing Sam like this? This is why I can’t watch this shit anymore 😂
