@@suareztactics Even if Trump does win. The insider factions who are keen to overthrow "The King" so to speak, will use the military to "Quell the up rising" real or manufactured. Too late, they are already in the military, military intelligence specifically, and they are creating all the Chaos that you are scared by daily in the news. Isis was created by the CIA. I feel like the "quality of the enemy" is exaggerated due to ease of procurement of AR15s and plate carriers. Neither of which makes good shooters, sensible adults, or individuals educated in anything useful. The enemy is only winning because we let it slowly win.

Interesting video and good points! Maybe, do a video on what could be called "pseudo-moral authority." That is, people who have been socially granted the activist authority to proactively act in anger on behalf of themselves or others. I'm a high-functioning autistic and have no capability for non-verbal communication, so my presence has a lot of empty blanks. Social activists tend to fill my blanks with the presumptions of their bias -- confirmation bias. Thus, I deal with a lot of activists who see themselves as acting with moral authority. That situation makes a prefect playground for sociopathic narcissists and other malevolent people. I see pseudo-moral authority as a huge factor.
I'm still of the opinion that most shootings/murders are between people that know one another. Family, coworkers, gang rival stuff. Drug dealing relationships gone bad. etc. I've heard several lawyers that do self defense cases say that the most common self defense cases that goes to court are shootings involving road rage (not all shootings, but shootings where the defendent is charged). The random person being targeted for crime or mugging, while it does happen, i think thats more rare.
People don't like the hard part. You don't have to live in the gym to see significant improvements, 4x 30min strength training and a splash of cardio will do wonders. Be consistent and you'll get there.

Quite a few years ago I saw something interesting although just about everyone that has done some thinking on the subject already knows the answer, but it put the theories to test and that was interesting. It was a research study that used ex-con's that had been arrested for robberies and physical assaults (towards random victims), The study also included victims of said crimes plus people that lived in "rough" neighborhoods and never had become a victim (if I recall correctly). So, basically the study had the victims and non-victims walking around in a city like environment, then they asked the ex-criminals "who would you pick" to rob/beat etc. And the result was super clear, the previous victims had a way of carrying themselves that "smelled prey" a mile away.

Important words on what to do with your health and training. I sometimes tell myself that because of where I live in NWFL that terrorism is not so likely. But, we had a serious incident at NAS Pensacola a couple of years ago. One of the Saudi student pilots purchased a gun and shot people on the base. What was most shameful was that the Escambia County, FL Sheriffs Dept had to go on the base to kill the terrorist gunman. A major US military installation that can not take care of a pistol armed gunman and needs to call in Civilian Law Enforcement. Crazy for sure. Of course, neither the officers or NCOs are routinely armed on base and that is very negligent. The local BLM demonstrators were told at what street corner they could demonstrate at by the mayor and there was none of the burning and looting that occurred in more liberal towns. I live in the next county over and think that there were just one or two short marches in a black area near a high school without incidents. But then many People living in Santa Rosa County, FL typically have very few quality restaurants to go to. Sometime god fearing conservatives do not have a lot of fun. But still any nut job of a terrorist can go to walmarts or mall and shoot it up anytime. The power grid can be attacked and major bridges could be blown up. It would be easier to commander a tug boat with a tow of barges to take out a bridge then to get enough explosives for such an act. Terrorism is possible just about anywhere.
Even elderly and housewives are not targeted where I live. Just doesn’t happen. Big cities and large urban areas, clubs, drinking, parties, crowds…….there is your problem.
