Hi Jeanette, you choose the skin tone colors for the dolls. When ordering the kit with all three fairies, you choose from a drop down menu for the skin tone and hair color of the first doll. Just let me know in the notes of the order what other combinations you would like for the other dolls. Hope this helps!
