'I have to work to the law rather than whim', perhaps try telling your officers that they cannot harass innocent members of the public filming officers breaking the law, making up the law and hiding behind their fenced in compounds. Just watch daily videos of police officers using terrorism legislation to harass photographers in spite of an NPCC memo telling all officers that is not 'hostie reconnaissance' and to leave members of the public alone. This Commissioner isn't even in control of his own officers, no chance of him dealing with the protestors.

Get a Blacks Law dictionary and Oxford or Cicargo Styles Manual, you think these people in 'law enforcement' are talking to you the man or woman, they are not they are talking to your person, THE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS NAME.
