You are a very decent player. Refreshing to see a player speaking respectfully about official servers. Official is real Dayz, the true Wild West. Cheaters are all over official and community servers, they just play more careful on community. On official a cheater will let you know they have killed you, on community you wont even know it was a cheater. Community servers are ok if they have no admin controls to influence the gameplay. Sometimes its cool to play Dayz old school style 2012 - 2018 community servers.
I loved the official servers on Playstation, but on PC I prefer the more hardcore Servers. There are at least no cheaters and the players are chill. Sick run!!!
No, it might just be that there are too many people spawning in that area. Just keep trying, it’s hard with no loot but it’s not always that way. Check scaffoldings on the sides of buildings, trunks and hoods next to the mirrors, and the tops of the concession stands. These are just some of the places that get missed often. Good luck👍🏽

I don’t remember the exact time. I wouldn’t trust it past three hours but I’ve seen them there much longer.
