Res in can be crazy temperamental, it does not like curing if its in a cool or super warm environment, and humidity can affect the look. I hope it all cures up good for you, just make sure to get the new pic stuck down good before doing the main pour, you got this!
@treywilliams8508 just doing the sweet 16 decal. I've kept the room about 78°, humidity about 50. Not sure if the resin pour is too thin or it's reacting to the paint under it.

It's in the back of my mind; never had a problem with the varathane brand epoxy. Maybe going cheap really cost me this time.

@@slickwillybudgetking Could be reacting with the paint, I doubt the pour was too thin, usually just being too thick is an issue
