How To Make a Paper Transforming Ninja Star - Origami

Paper: printer paper / dimension paper (or origami paper)
Size: 9cm x 9 cm or 3.5 in. x 3.5 in.
In this tutorial I teach you how to fold the Transforming Ninja Star or Shuriken (designed by Robert Neale). It is a modular origami model which means that you can make the transforming ninja star by interlocking the units together.
All you need is 8 small square sheets of paper. I am using paper size 9cm x 9cm. If you use printer paper just make the printer paper into a square and split it into 4 pieces.

I watched this back in elementary school and this is what got me into origami. Now here i am in highschool making these big origami pieces and making things for other people and this very origami project as a favorite! I've made at least 150 and plan on making so much more. This is an amazing tutorial and I'm glad i found it all those years ago

I wish tutorials like this were around when i was little. My short term memory was practically nonexistent so I would often need things repeated many many times & done very slowly. Trying to ask other kiddos to teach me how to make things like this was beyond frustrating on both sides. XD Glad I can finally make one. :3

this is an easy 9/10. the end result was really hard to push and pull, but the shuriken itself works so good.
I did this and It surprisingly worked it took lots of time to fold each individual square but it was so worth it! It came out amazing!

Useful Vid. Got me highest in the class in Art and Craft. I found it pretty easy joining these (5:49) also you guys dont need to cut A4 paper with a scissors/ruler you can just use memo papers instead.
