I use the Disto 2 every working day. We had a warranty claim after 11 months on our first one. When returning it, I purchased a 2nd one. After they replaced the first we now have a spare. I use it for every dimension over 300mm on every job. and over a week it's 100% quicker than not using it.
I just wrote an app for Bosch. They dont have PC connectivity .I needed to send the measurements to a cutting machines pc directy. Durable device and great connection.
Hi Murat, if you want to connect a Bluetooth laser meter to our app, you can only do that on a mobile device, with a compatible device. So it does not matter if the laser does not work on a desktop surface. You can find all the info here >> help.magicplan.app/laser-distance-meters - Silvia

Hey @driesrengle, manually works too. But with a Bluetooth laser connected to magicplan, the measurements are updated in the app automatically, so you don't have to enter or change anything manually. It can be faster and easier for many users, especially for big jobs.

Is there any laser with software available on macbook? I just need to simply transfer raw data from tool to my excel sheet.

Isn’t it as easy to just measure and fill in the numbers instead of connecting to Bluetooth..
