You're actually great at making guides, I used to play a lot back in the playtests and now getting back into the game again, tons of other guides are way too much in depth and talk about all the gear you need, this is way easier and wayyy more understandable!
This is type of a guide I need, a rare type, without overhelming piles of numbers and metas. I wanna see actual gameplay and I wanna hear more about of opinion and some basic stuff. That encounter with those dudes at 6:48 was great, tho.
i agree with @BootehPirate ! please keep making guides. Straight to the point and super entertaining! Don't worry, we didn't see you miss the spider twice ;D lol
I'm not exactly new but still got a lot of good info out of this. I always thought running torture mastery at low gear was a bad idea, but that was awhile ago.
If you could bruv, a pvp guide would be **snap** noice. It gets messy when its close combat against a barb or a timmy. Much love for the content. Keep at it for the hobby
Loved your video, but was confused by something I tried looking through hybrid classes for the 5th perk/spell effect you had but couldn’t find anything on it. What is it and is it important for bosses/warlock in general?
Power of Sacrifice has more ticks and last longer than Curse of Pain so you’ll get more health from it. If you really need health you can stack both power of sacrifice and curse of pain and get health from both spells
I'm newer, reached about level 35 so far on Warlock, and feel like I have the basics down; this video *still* taught me things I didn't know! Thanks. I'm hoping for some base gear boss or inferno guides in the future, if its something you'd be interested in.
I'm new to the game. I noticed TM was nerfed to 2(0.05) health per damage instance, and spells cost is tripled. Is this build still good for a new character?
I was like “sir smoken” don’t I know that name? Checks RUclips and sees of r6 I’m like holy shiz i remember seeing some videos from way back when fancy seeing you on a game like dark and darker, may or may not have seen some dbd content I watched a lot of different dbd creators so idk. BIG ❤
Power of sac in PvP is not advised but if you’re talking about mobs it doesn’t really matter, power of sac does last longer tho so throw that first if you want to stack the curses
Hello, nice job with this video, I am playing a warlock after 8 months without playing, I see that you don't take hydra. I was wondering, since torture mastery already doubles the spell requirements, isn't it a bit too hard with players who still struggle to extract to keep all spells available since you need a lot of knowledge? Also, is hellfire useful in pvp?
I do not run hydra in low gear because you won't have enough knowledge to use it. Instead I bring bolt of darkness so you can use all of your spells. Hellfire isn't useful in solo PvP really but it drastically improves your mobility because you can use it to break down doors instead of opening them. And it is also very good for PvE
@@SirSmoken but there is a gear scored MM right? because how come that this guy walked up on me and just kills me in like 2 seconds? i was 95% health guess not a game for me then :D i tried it previously and i think it needs a more new player friendly mechanic
Bro I just played Warlock for the first time for a few matches and I wish I had played this character to start. It's like playing on easy mode! I mained druid to start... Why did I do that to myself
Life drain is not good until you have enough knowledge and magic damage to actually get value from it. You’ll get so much more value from torture mastery and just cursing mobs
Wow, someone who isn't trying to kill you. Every match I enter, someone immediatly slaughters me. I wish more people would be less aggressive. High Roller I get, but normals? Seriously.
I main Druid & am looking to find out how warlock works, & what the hell they keep cursing me w/. This is a great guide, & I'm almost tempted to try the class. Interesting to see you using hell fire to open boxes, instead of using weapons. Very efficient. Excellent tips for gathering loot, learning the mobs, & gaining confidence / map knowledge for PVP. Anti-mob movement was also great for beginners of any class. 👍 As for dying to floor spikes… the bane of a rat's existence. I just died to 1 this morning. 🫣😵☠️ Didn't even realize there were floor spikes in Goblin Mines. 😑

Sweet thank you for the feedback!
This is the best most useful demonstration of basic dodging I’ve found. This really improved my game. Thanks my man.

This is great ! We needed this ! I love Warlock you can enjoy the game ! Live off the mobs LOL !!! Thanks for the fire video !!!!
Thanks for the guide, Warlock is the first class I found super fun. Keep up the videos man, can't get enough!
Appreciate you mango!
actually inlove with your video, I understand Warlock much much better now. Thank you!
Appreciate that a lot Daryl
Damn, wish I had this video like six months ago when I first started playing. Good job.
thanks wolf!
Thank you! That was a very helpful organized guide!

I appreciate that Gold!
Thankyou just started the game again after years thanks m8!

this helped alot i was using diffrent spells for mob damage but now knowing what i know from this im sure i need a guide on pvp
Gotcha

super helpfull to see a playstyle in action thanks, great video
Great guide, man! You seriously helped me perfect my gameplay
very nice guide, couldnt ask for better thank you
Easy follow i like the way you made your guide. Wish for more classe
great guide. Would love more info on what items and attributes are good
Yep I’m working on that for the next video be on the lookout
I'm not exactly new but still got a lot of good info out of this. I always thought running torture mastery at low gear was a bad idea, but that was awhile ago.
Yes torture mastery has since been buffed massively on the low end. Thanks for letting me know!
@@SirSmoken didn’t the HP cost to cast go down recently too?
@@corwindobrowski5354 yep that as well. Difference is, everyone now has their overall damage decreased because you can’t get as much true/add damage
awesome content bro, keep it

Could you do a rogue one? This was really good and helpful
Hey ! Thx for the video ! Can you explain me why sometimes you are using 2 times in a row curse of pain on the same target ?
I'm stacking power of sac and curse of pain for more heals. But curse of pain does do initial damage
How do you start off with more knowing the base gear? Is it from the quests
yes you need progress your quests
Btw, i dont know if anyone else has already mentioned it, but Falchion is pronounced like "Falkon", like the bird Falcon
Great video!
No it’s not
Thanks ! Just a question, why would you use Power of sacrifice to heal instead of curse of pain ? because of the duration?
Power of Sacrifice has more ticks and last longer than Curse of Pain so you’ll get more health from it. If you really need health you can stack both power of sacrifice and curse of pain and get health from both spells
@@SirSmoken got it ! thank you my friend.

I'm new to the game. I noticed TM was nerfed to 2(0.05) health per damage instance, and spells cost is tripled. Is this build still good for a new character?
@@Jessterr2 yes you can still use it but the scaling for healing is very minimal at higher gear so the guides still apply
Is power of sacrifice ever worth using for the buff?
Like if you plan on being melee warlock?
It could possibly be worth if you make a build for it specifically. But a lot of times you’ll end up just dying hitting yourself with that spell
BIG ❤
Yep that’s me from both R6 and DBD! Welcome back I’ve grinded DaD for 2k hours now
Should I lead with power of sacrifice over curse of pain?
Power of sac in PvP is not advised but if you’re talking about mobs it doesn’t really matter, power of sac does last longer tho so throw that first if you want to stack the curses
I was wondering why u not using curse of pain for healing instead u use power of sacrifice
Sacrifice ticks more do you heal more from it. It also doesn’t have an initial burst of damage so it won’t kill the mob as fast
What do you think of the new nerf to curse of pain?
what are the stats i should be going for all the time ?
I’m going to make a continuation video be on the lookout
Awesome dood I'm now a pro!
Perfect
