She is very lovely! The original Blythes from the early 2000s came with extra outfits and stuff - at one time I had some and then sold them off, then bought them again 10 years later, only to sell them again...I do like the aesthetics of Blythe but...I can't. Have. All. The. Dollies! I still have one who came with me on a trip to Portmerion, and was in all my photos, so she stayed. But my faves at the time were Bohemian Beats and Groovy Groove...
Don't we wish we could have them all?? I go through that a lot with dolls...but you can't keep getting new ones without thinning out some of the existing ones 😆

I am so glad you were able to get her! I 100% agree about the diversity comment. Sometimes I don't understand what Junko Wong (CEO of Neo Blythe) and CWC are thinking not releasing enough dark skin toned blythes because they always sell out and are sought after second-hand. Unfortunately, their newest planned release with their new manufacturer (Good Smile Company) is yet another fair skin blythe that looks like so many other previous releases. We can only hope they don't continue that trend for this new year. Lately, I've been shying away from blythe because so many playline dolls like rainbow high and LOL omg are more competitively priced and offer more. Even the clothes are more detailed, which really surprised me. Blythe REALLY needs to step it up.
Let's really hope they have more diversity in store for 2022 🤞🤞

Can you do a video like all about Blythe but for beginners? Would love to hear your take on it and I think you explain things really well. I don't collect them but think they're beautiful. I'm confused why some have a shiny finish to their faces and some are matte... I know there are people who do faces too. Seems so complex lol

They do...it's just a design choice. The original Blythes had those glossy faces as well.
